- happy april friends! Sorry I haven't been able to upload much, I was soaking in all the baby snuggles, and then 4 month sleep regression hit us kind of hard. But here's a lil day of eating, with plenty of Beanie giggles and noises haha.

bánh tét has always been a favorite of mine during new years. I haven't ate it since I stopped eating meat! I need to convince my grandma to make it with only bean next year 😂
I haven't had banh tet chay in FOREVER! My childhood best friend was Vietnamese and he would share these with me... but they had meat in them so once I left meat behind, I thought this was lost to me! Now I'm on the hunt.

Thank you so much for making the subtitles bigger, Lisa! But (and I am so sorry to bother about this but my guess is, that I am not alone so maybe people can respond what they think) you also changed the contrast of the colours and made them less bright or strong? When there is an uneven backround, for example food that is stirred in a pot, I can't read it on my phone. So would you consider making the contrast stronger, the colours brighter? I do not have the right vocab for this argh.
