I was going to take apart the washer today until I realize that this is my issue thank 🙏
@CaydenSehie you're more than welcome!
You def helped bro!
@shaqstyle91 you're more than welcome!
My dryer that started making a noise and threw it out. I got a used dryer that comes on for few seconds and stops. I've had several like that Sam plug the old dryer worked on
@dc4lifetx. did you ever figure it out?
Hold the wrinkle prevent and the dry level button at the same time for 3 seconds until beep. (Mine blinks de)This will turn off the sensor and allow the dryer to continually run on the timer.
did this thank you!
Does the sensor remain turned off until switched back on or do I have to do this every time I turn on the dryer?
@@Lexo593 you have to do it every time it seems.
What does the sensor do? Won't it be bad if it was off?
@@noistune5707 the washer will function without the sensor. It basically becomes an old school dryer on a timer and you have to monitor your clothing to stop it when it’s dry or to run another cycle if clothing isn’t dry.
Samsung appliances are the worst
ALL OF THEM!!! Even their tvs.
do you really mean that?
Yes they are
I agree. Worst purchase I made. A year and my dryer and washer suck. Service is horrible and inhumane
I'd like to return mine I hate it
I have multiple blankets in and my dryer just keeps playing it’s little song saying it’s dry but it not and it’s only been like 10 minutes
@andywalsh5883 did you ever figure it out? Also, can you please subscribe to my channel? After years of making videos I am so close to making it to my first 100K subscribers!
This is the problem I’m having it’s full loads it’s just turning off after a while
Our problem is none of these. Our usual setting is 60 minutes. It starts turning clockwise ok but then when it stops to turn the other way it cant turn. If we choose another cycle it's ok. This fault is not in the manual.
You still running into the same issue?
I have the same dryer but it keeps stoping with a full load and the little red screen turns on and my clothes are still wet or with a lot of moisture. Whats going on?
@sizqox69 did you ever figure it out?
If you want to put just 1 item just use timed dry it will bypass the moisture sensor
Thanks for the info I had a giant cover in there and it kept stopping
@JohnDoe-wk7um thanks for the tip!

So far this is working for my load of clothing. Dryer was stopping when I put it on a normal cycle. Didn't fix the problem but it's a quick solution. Thanks!
Thanks but this isn't my issue. My dryer has a full load but turns off a few minutes after running. Clothes are not drying. Also I'm getting dimmed lights when I turn it on sometimes. I'll look for other videos. Thanks for yours!

I think the issue has to do with the sensor once the clothes are dry it stops but if you wet one item it keeps going
@Ibileena thanks for the tip!
I have like 12 towels in mine and it still keeps stopping. Wtf!
Does it stop like that on a timed cycle as well or just the sensor cycles?
Figure it out?
Mines stop on sensor and timed
@@mr.spittle136 Hi mine stops on the timed cycle. Any ideas would ve appretiated. TY🌺
@@LadyMaryanne in manual mode? If it's in auto dry mode (more than half the available modes) it will use the moisture sensor to determine when to stop.
Gotta say I hate everytime you say Samsung you smash the camera into it
@inkspill9189 its not good to hate

Wrong you need to clean off the moisture sensor in front of the dryer
@lannyalmon9037 thanks for the tip!
Good video, but not the solution to my issue.
You ever figure out the solution?
