Cool, it's great to see someone else try and recreate something. I saw the bundle monster video. These are beautiful. I'll be trying this next week. Thank you for sharing
L O V E this technique. I was ready to go to bed and watched this and just had to go to my studio and try it. A few pop sticks later, I did it. TYSM for sharing this video. Qld Australia
This is a fabulous idea Tracey 😍😍 slightly messy , but the effect these chameleon powders give is gorgeous , I've only stamped with pigments by applying them to the image , scrapping, pick up and stamp on the nail , I'm going to give this way a go because I like the idea of the pigment being rubbed onto the stamper head 🤗 lovely tutorial Hun TYSM 😘xox
THANK YOU! This is absolutely beautiful! So simple yet so complex at the same time! Again, thank you so much for making this video and sharing your technique with us - it will be my go-to-look for 2018!
Just found them on eBay, can you tell me the numbers and the description for pigments so I get the right ones please, I love the colours that you used in this video
I know the base layer was black or white gel polish with the inhibition layer removed. Was the polish used with the stamper regular nail lacquer and then one waits for it to dry, then brush it off, then top coat with gel polish?
This is so freaking awesome I finally got all the supplies I needed I'm going to try these tomorrow hopefully but one thing I don't get why doesn't the holographic powder that you rub all over the Stamper and then the image why doesn't the powder go all over the whole nail I mean I'm glad it doesn't but I don't understand that LOL
Beautiful! I have a stamp that I buy on born pretty too the big one clear and is don’t work for me I already did the mistake buffer one and I don’t want to do the same with this one what I can do...
Have you tried giving the stamper head a wash and letting it air dry? Also trying it with other polishes or other plates might work as some stamps work better with other plates and polishes, this is why I have lots of different stampers so I have lots of choice to get the variables right for the image I want to pick up. Sometimes my stampers stop picking up and washing them with warm water and washing up liquid works for me.
@@SimplyIntoMyNAILS That's kind of what I was thinking. I'm still new to stamping (well, to more in depth designs all around, really) but I love gel polish because I don't have to worry about it drying too fast and then me messing it up, which is what usually happens
Kay Dickerson Yes, can use either. For clients I wear gloves and use an eyeshadow sponge applicator. I think coverage is a bit stronger using fingers. If for home use, for just yourself, using clean sanitised fingers isn't a problem.
Try tape or a sticky roller. Do NOT use acetone on a clear stamper or it will get cloudy. Always use that same stamper... you don't want to ruin all your clear stampers.
New Subbie here! I LOVE this!!! I've got everything but the pigment grr. I will do tho now. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to your next video 💅👍
Just dm you on instagram my first attempt at this .. I’m new to nail art, but now I’m hooked and spend hours watching UA-cam videos on nail stuff .. sad but I love it, building up my kit, trouble is it’s getting bigger when I see great ideas like this .., let me know what’s u think to my 1st go at this ..
And the price of this powder doesn't allow for the amount of wasted product you put on that sticky roller when you take the excess off. It's so much simpler to matte the black base polish, then stamp straight away with black polish so it has the ability to grab the powder, then apply powder to the nail with a soft brush ONLY what you need to cover the stamped areas so your not wasting all that you put on that stamper top and then don't even use. Stamping with chrome powders has many techniques but this one simply is the most wasteful of product some people can't afford a lot of to begin with. It's great if you have an unlimited supply... but if you want to save your powder look up stamping with chameleon powders techniques that do not require you to put them all over the stamper head when you won't even use the whole surface. There are better methods to save your powder. Just a thought for the budget conscience.
Heather W. The amountvshe uses wont even be able to be weight because the amount is SO smal! Therefor no waste! But you cant tell the difference from chrome pigment and metallic stamping polish. So theres no need for this technique ...
Not to mention how cheap the Born Pretty chrome powders are (I have some myself). The amount she was putting on the stamper is so minute, that it just doesn't matter. That said, I probably wouldn't cover the entire stamper surface though.
Morrigan Bazar I'm not referring to born pretty powders when I'm talking about not wasting them. I'm talking about the powders that are over 20 bucks (and sometimes MUCH more) from places like magpie, indigo, twinkled t, and didspade (if you like experimenting with chameleon car paint powders) that are VERY expensive and make you sad if you lose even a sprinkle of them. Born pretty powders are great, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't worry over wasting them. I would, however, never use a technique like this on my $40 per ounce holo or chameleon powders when there are so many other ways to apply that don't waste even a tiny bit of powder. I thought I made that pretty clear I wasn't talking about $2.99 born pretty powders but I guess not so I hope this clarifies what I meant now. Everything left on that rubber stamper could have been used for another design and I'm just not prepared to waste my powders like that. Like I said, there's just much better techniques to use that don't waste expensive product...NOT including born pretty which is great for using when you are experimenting and need to waste product to test techniques so you don't waste your expensive powders.
Love this design idea and the smooth jazzy groove playing in the background!
Superb mam..can i use on regular nailpoish for this
Thank you 😁 Yes, you can certainly use regular polish instead of gel polish.
I kind of liked the 'messed up' one, it looked like a 'ghost image'. I'm going to have to try this. Thank you for sharing.
Cool, it's great to see someone else try and recreate something. I saw the bundle monster video. These are beautiful. I'll be trying this next week. Thank you for sharing
Thank you :) It is such a gorgeous effect and a hassle free way of using the multi-chrome and holo chrome powders in my stash.
WOW! this is amazing. love how it turned out on both the black and white.
L O V E this technique. I was ready to go to bed and watched this and just had to go to my studio and try it. A few pop sticks later, I did it. TYSM for sharing this video. Qld Australia
I think this is going to be my new favourite thing here to do! Thank you!
Girrrrlll.... that's so cool! I haven't seen a cool nail trick in a long time!

I really admire your honesty, thank you for that. And thanks for teaching this, I've been wondering how to do this
Never cared for stamping til I saw this. Well done!

hi did u apply gel top coat on white first before stamping ?
VL Threading No need to topcoat first, just remove the sticky inhibition layer before stamping.
THANK YOU! This is absolutely beautiful! So simple yet so complex at the same time! Again, thank you so much for making this video and sharing your technique with us - it will be my go-to-look for 2018!

Are you using stamping polish? Your designs turned out absolutely elegant.
Johnnett Vinson Hi, yes I'm using regular stamping polish in black. 😊
Is nail polish what you put on thee estampler please
I know the base layer was black or white gel polish with the inhibition layer removed. Was the polish used with the stamper regular nail lacquer and then one waits for it to dry, then brush it off, then top coat with gel polish?
great technique!
Does it have to have gel
Oh hellz yeah... this video is awesome!
Looks absolute gorgeous!! I have never tried this!! Presume the powder must be ad very thinly on the stamper!💞💅🏼🇿🇦🤗
Will it work with silver chrome as well ?
This is so freaking awesome I finally got all the supplies I needed I'm going to try these tomorrow hopefully but one thing I don't get why doesn't the holographic powder that you rub all over the Stamper and then the image why doesn't the powder go all over the whole nail I mean I'm glad it doesn't but I don't understand that LOL

Lovely video, be so kind to share the link from Born preety pigment pleaseeee dear?
Amazing, thanks for sharing!
Lovely. Also great to see a black English nail tech here x
BRILLIANT, AMAZING, HOT DAMN YOU ARE THE STAMPING QUEEN
Please, do you have also a link for the multichrome pigments from BP?
Brilliant!!! Thanks for the video! :)
Do you think that if I did everything the same way you did, but I used GEL stamping polish, it would still work?
Hi, I'm not sure. It might work but maybe stamping first curing then burnishing in the chrome pigment would work better with the gel stamping polish.
@@SimplyIntoMyNAILS That's kind of what I was thinking. I'm still new to stamping (well, to more in depth designs all around, really) but I love gel polish because I don't have to worry about it drying too fast and then me messing it up, which is what usually happens
Love it! Can’t wait to give it a try! 💕
Hello! tell me, please, why the pigment from the stamp remains on the plate and there is nothing to translate for the nail?
Awesome- gotta try that 👍😍
Used your finger instead of the applicator ?
Kay Dickerson Yes, can use either. For clients I wear gloves and use an eyeshadow sponge applicator. I think coverage is a bit stronger using fingers. If for home use, for just yourself, using clean sanitised fingers isn't a problem.
How do you clean the stamper
Try tape or a sticky roller. Do NOT use acetone on a clear stamper or it will get cloudy. Always use that same stamper... you don't want to ruin all your clear stampers.

That is awesome!!

This is great, now I don’t have to keep so many stamping polishes.
Love it!
ohh thankss
Love this 😍😍😍
thanks for this video
Brilliant 😍😍😍
Thank you!!! 😍😍😍
Lovely new subbie
Wouldnt it be WAY easier to just a metallic stamping polish?
Negle Lir probably, but this is just showing a different technique 😉
Unicorn, chameleon and holo powders have a different effect
hmm... doesn't look like there'd be a way to reverse stamp with this technique... except to have the whole thing filled with the pigment.
I'v been at this for 2 hurs now and still can't get it right....... sighhhhhhhhh
Thanks for sharing
i dont really use chrome powders. but now ive ordered quite q few online just for this technique!😂

Chrome powders don't stick to normal nail polish I tried all my stamping polishes !?!
