Before you had this video on shin rolling, I thought I have invented this technique, 2 years ago! It’s amazing and it’s extremely helpful if you tilt your hands slightly to the side when rolling
It's July 2024. My body thanks you for posting this video. My right calf was making it difficult to walk. I suffer from tendonitis in my right ankle, so I know it's related to the calf as well. I’ve done something similar self massaging my forearm with the side of my other arm but you are right “mind blown” by this knee into the calf move! Thank you SO much for your super effective stretch routines🙏🏼
This was heaven for my claves Caroline. So grateful for your videos. Love to see a myofascia release from head to toe- neck, back,lats, lower back, chest, arms, legs, booty , calves and feet. Don’t think I’ve found a good one on UA-cam yet that covers the whole body.
Thank you so much! I had never thought about pointing my toes or swishing or rolling ankle on a tough spot, it feels amazing and I know this will solve my Solis pain. I also really appreciate you letting me know that it is OK to have the foam roller beneath the lower part of the knee, that was my major trouble spot. Normally, I would always “avoid the knee “ because I had heard blanket statements about never foam roll on the knee… But where my calves had issue was close to my knee, i’ll be incorporating this into my morning routine

I tried this and the ability for your knee to get into your calf muscle is unbelievable even though it’s quite painful. However, I ended up with a muscle spasm in my Achilles tendon all the way down to my ankle. Any thoughts on this?
