Incorporating this foam roller hip release into your routine will help not only to stretch your hips but also to relax your back. For this hip self massage video release, you will need a foam roller. If you dont have one, you can get one here: amzn.to/3yrHLKN
Wow, I broke a sweat! I am a year since my hip replacement I believe this is exactly what I needed to take me through my last phase of recovery. Thank you
I have never done hip foam rolling like this! These felt so appropriately targeted. My right hip is so tight, this felt very helpful. This is the second time through this video and I will do 4 times a week for a couple of weeks as I feel it is helping already. Thanks for this!
Hi! I could not believe how little pain I had in my hip after doing this foam roller routine, one time! Amazing, thank you so much! I have done it for 3 days now and still love it! Today is October 21, 2023 ❤
My hips feel better after doing this! I struggle with ankylosing spondylitis and elhos danlos syndrome. I use myofacial release often! It really does help with pain management 👍
Thank you so much Caroline for being an angel to all of us. You really understand the needs of others and help us feel better with your attitude, exercise routines. Feeling so grateful for this another wonderful routine.
wow. I have been struggling with achy hips for months. I started working out 4 to 6 days a week. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. after this video, I know this is what I needed.
😃 My hip adductors have been sore recently and I did a bunch of squats yesterday, so this video was very helpful. Perfect timing too! Thank you again for another great video Caroline!
This was honestly one of the best foam roller routines I've ever done! You included a number of moves that I'd never seen before, and I loved the combo of rolling and stretching.
After doing this video, it feels like my legs are balanced. The weight feels like it is evenly distributed in both feet. Not only that I feel like I have more hip mobility. I thought yoga and stretching would be enough. There's just something about foam rolling that really gets in there. The TFL and pigeon moves really exposed my tight areas.
I am so happy seeing the video thus morning because I was badly needed it as my hips and lower back and knees were hurting so much as this was just right to give my knees and hip some rolling.so thanks this video made me feel good with lesser pain to do my workouts.thank u Caroline.
Okay it’s Jan 1st and I see on the fitness calendar a foam rolling exercise and I finally ordered one today! I love you have your favorite products listed on Amazon so that’s what I went with. 🥰
I’m hypermobile and get tightness in my hips - I have felt stretches during this video I have never felt before! The very front inner of my hips still felt weird at the end of this video- not sure what that it
As a first time viewer, my favorite part is when she says with FULL confidence "If you've never done this before it WILL be painfull" (It was quite painful)

For someone who has both knees replaced and hands are weak to go on the floor for foam roller exercises, what is another option ?
Thanks

Thanks for posting the videos. I'm nervous about pigeon pose. I have CAM hip impingement. Should I try pigeon pose?
Thank you so much for this video! It feels wonderful, even through all the grunting 😂
