    I have never done hip foam rolling like this! These felt so appropriately targeted. My right hip is so tight, this felt very helpful. This is the second time through this video and I will do 4 times a week for a couple of weeks as I feel it is helping already. Thanks for this!

    My hips feel better after doing this! I struggle with ankylosing spondylitis and elhos danlos syndrome. I use myofacial release often! It really does help with pain management 👍

    This was honestly one of the best foam roller routines I've ever done! You included a number of moves that I'd never seen before, and I loved the combo of rolling and stretching.

    After doing this video, it feels like my legs are balanced. The weight feels like it is evenly distributed in both feet. Not only that I feel like I have more hip mobility. I thought yoga and stretching would be enough. There's just something about foam rolling that really gets in there. The TFL and pigeon moves really exposed my tight areas.

    I am so happy seeing the video thus morning because I was badly needed it as my hips and lower back and knees were hurting so much as this was just right to give my knees and hip some rolling.so thanks this video made me feel good with lesser pain to do my workouts.thank u Caroline.

    I’m hypermobile and get tightness in my hips - I have felt stretches during this video I have never felt before! The very front inner of my hips still felt weird at the end of this video- not sure what that it
