I’m doing better but I have to remind myself that healing isn’t a straightforward process, but to trust the process - that doing all the healthy, self-care things well heal me.

Rather than colour season analysis look into Dressing Your Truth - it goes by energy profiling and also takes into account the correct fabrication, design lines, pattern, and textures as well as colour. Your features (rather than colouring) will reveal which energy type you are. It changed everything for me!

As an AuDHDer I've always craved routines while not being able to mantain them exactly because they got overwhelming very easily an/or boring overtime lol
A super tip that I started applying after seing a video from @Hayley Honyman is having different routines for different energy level days!
She explains it much better in the video but essentially you start with an ideal routine that you could stick to on the high energy days, and then you gradually reduce the items on the routine or modify the steps to make them easier to create two other routines, one for the average energy days and one for super low energy days.
I've found it works wonderfully for me, because I get to have a routine even on the days I barely have the energy to get out of bed (yay bad mental health days!) but I still have a more average routine for when I'm feeling normal and another more elaborate one for the super days!

Agreed about Haley's different routines for energy levels. I have been implementing that tip and have been loving it! Helps me not be so hard on myself.

I so agree about cooking "in bulk". Living alone means it's so tempting to not cook a lot of the time. But each time I make a soup or stew or chili, I make a big pot and then freeze individual portions. I figure I'm chopping and prepping anyway, might as well do lots! It means I can eat well even when I'm busy or lazy!!

An hour long vlog yay🎉. I so enjoy watching. It’s also nice to see a female comfortable in the gym. I’m 63 so going to the gym as a senior and a female was a bit intimidating. Now let’s address that Ohio sweatshirt 😂. I live by Penn State University and our big rival is Ohio State 😡 You do look good in red though so I’ll try and look past the name on the sweatshirt !!

Lots of places in St Ives have great vegan options! We love Talay Thai, Porthmeor Cafe, Hubbox, Beer & Bird, and The Bean Inn in Carbis Bay is veggie! There is also a vegan coffee caravan in the Asda car park in Hayle!

Tricky about which season you are. I have similar colouring and am drawn to autumn colours but according to colour analysis I am probably a winter but often I can’t find winter colours I like apart from black!

Really struggle to get the oomph, to do exercise at the moment. And I should be, because have targets for the summer, for my holiday. But not all bad, because I've lost about 10lbs,since January 1st. So only about 8lbs to go, b4 July. But the exercise I really really need a kick up the arse 😂. But may I say, you're looking amazing at the moment 👌💚💚💚

I haven’t! I don’t think I ever will tbh as it’ll be too triggering for my health anxiety! I instinctively can tell what foods do and don’t work for me and I will keep paying attention to that. Maybe in the future but for now I am just focussing on eating lots of yummy whole foods!

Loved seeing your workout. How much weight did u lift? 😮 i run and do pilates (you tube video at home) and body pump for strength. You have inspired me to do more variety in strength training. Also, u have said before u are insecure about your figure hence u wear baggy dresses and jumpers but you look great. U should def not cover up in baggy stuff all the time x p.s. still watching so may come back to add more to my comment. Edit: watching some more. Feel i need to tell u to keep both hands on the wheel Maddie....it made me nervous. Btw completely agree re: period tracking and working out. It helps u understand why sometimes u feel sluggish at the gym and other times u feel like u can push harder. Helps u not feel so crap when you have a low energy session. That food looks so good at the end of Tues. Also love your nails. So pretty 😍

The wine looks great. I didn't realize there were vegan options when it came to wine! Wish I could drink it, but sadly cannot. If you have mold allergies you aren't suppose to drink wine.Or have anything fermented. It's a bummer.

Hi Maddie, hope youre well, I love your videos. I hate being the person to say soemthing negative, however please be aware of what you are saying about training and women's cycles with your following im sure you really influence people, it really depends woman to woman, for example many women do PBs while on their period and don't feel strongest in the same stage of their cycle to you. It is well acknowledged that we perform different and feel different at different stages in the cycle however individual women need to identify this and their own trends.
You’re not a winter . That red lip is a slightly orange red which flatters warmer undertones . You’re either a bright spring or a dark autumn but definitely a warm season . Try a red lip which is more blue pink ( for winters ) and you’ll find it doesn’t flatter . You look better in slightly off white than white and that red top really suits you so I’m veering towards bright spring . I’m glad you brought it up as for ages I was thinking you’re not a winter !!

One of my favorite videos. I know that I say that all the time, but it's true. I appreciated you showing your exercise routines --having a trainer like yours sounds very beneficial. I might need to look into CoPilot for my husband as he is stalled in his exercise goals. You are a natural beauty and that red lip looks fabulous on you!
