A recipe we picked up in Southern Italy last Christmas is… 1 15 oz can of fava beans, 1/2 cup cooked bitter greens (chicory or mustard greens, etc), juice of half a lemon, fresh garlic stems or wild garlic about 1/2 cup or so and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Blend thoroughly in a food processor till smooth. It’s a great appetizer. Hope you like it.

I actually think you're a Bright Winter. It's mainly coolness, but with a hint och warmth, from the spring. The often have that dark hair like yours. Looks good in both silver and gold. And looks great in shiny metals and clothes, like you in that shiny lipstick.
You have so much in this video I want to chat about but I'll start with this comment. 🥰 Spring/Autums are similar colour pallettes, and Summer/Winter are similar. Summer, for example, can be a pale pink, which also can look good on a winter, but a Winter can pull off a really bright pink that might wash out a Summer.
The quickens test is white. If you look good in a bright white and / or a silver white, that's Summer/Winter. If you look good in a soft white, a peachy or gold white, that's Spring/ Autumn.
We all have a shade of red. Apple red, blue undertone reds, Summer/Winter. Brick reds, orange reds, Chinese red, Spring/Autumn.
In my opinion, you are a Winter, but because you are young and pale, you can pull off most Summer colors with no problem 🥰
I'm a soft Winter. I was once a full Winter but because my hair is no longer brown/black but silver, I lean a little toward Summer colours, but my base colors are very much Winter 😊

I recently started taking more time to track my cycle, and it has made such a difference. I can boost myself with certain foods or vitamin’s and even just staying more hydrated on the build up to my period has helped. I like to drink raspberry leaf tea every evening for a few days before my period too. My menstrual pains and moods have definitely improved. I also like the fact I’m more in control rather than it turning up and making me feel crap !.

I'm a Deep Winter and I suspect you are a Winter. I think your coloring is closest to Kirstie Allsopp. The shirt with the maroon check (that your friend made you) is such a great color on you. I think plums, purples, deep saturated colors flatter you so well.
Back in the day, our sat nav (gps)was the moon for nighttime driving. So when I told my beloved of 46 years that we were going the wrong way, a little argument ensued. For 30 miles. “The moon is supposed to be behind us,” I implored. “I know where I’m going,” husband proclaimed. I'm with you on the directions thing. I like to know a decent amount of time before hand where I'm turning next. That's a normal person thing to do. Also I've been really interested in colour analysis lately, and I'm a winter (self identified) - and I have the exact same feelings about the bright colours in the winter - I tend to go for more navy/emerald type colours - and have lots of nice greens which aren't my colours but I buy them anyway because I love them. Maybe I just need to go for some of the brighter colours and just get used to wearing them as it's just a little out of my colour comfort zone.

I still think you could be Bright Spring! Look at Michelle Dockery for example, she’s someone who is very pale and has dark hair but is a Bright Spring. She has neutral undertones, freckles, and warm brown eyes and hair - similar to you! Only a color specialist will be able to tell you for sure. 🌸❤️

While you are looking at help with colors and material textures take a look at Dressing Your Truth. Each type has warm and cool colors. It is quite fascinating and based on your facial profile and energy movement.

I agree you look neutral/cool undertoned, but since your skin is so pale I think of the cool seasons you could probably be a Summer? Especially if you Like the coolness of Winter colours, but not the brightness. Summer colours are cool but muted. I have learned that a lot of people gravitate towards autumn colours (warm and muted) because it has been trending the last couple years. With the warmth in your Hair, I only see this in your lenghts/ends, but that is likely from the sun and you should be looking at your roots which I don't think have warmth naturally.
