- Yoga For Tired Legs is one to put in your regular rotation! This practice is good for so many many circumstances. Great for post-hike, post-run, post-walk, or workout. Wonderful when you are feeling bleh, or after a long day on your feet. A fabulous way to transition from one thing to the next, taking a little 25 min TLC yoga practice for your mind body and soul. Therapeutic for lower back, for the feet, and for those feeling anxious or fatigued.
Need I say more? Hop on your mat and connect to your breath. Why? Because you are worth it. ;-)

heey Adriene, I'm here in Italy, this is the third day we can go out and it's not illegal. I decided to go for a run in the sun, and after I did this practice with you, and I want to thank you for all you that you do for us all over the globe. Every time I finish a workout, I feel so joyful and happy and good. I'm really grateful :)

@@marvinraphaelmonfort8289 I actually got all the way to 365 + 10 more then I was doing a back bend and I lost my footing somehow and really hurt my back. So I was told to stop for a while. I am back into doing daily yoga now :)
That’s awesome Yvonne! Can you give me any insight on how much you noticed your progress with being that consistent? I’ve been doing yoga on and of for a few years but finally feel like I’m consistent with it and would love to hear how it’s developed you!

I can't articulate the wonders this programme does to my muscles. I work as a bike messenger and do over 600 km weekly. Pretty sure that without Adriene's help, my body would be one huge cramped muscle, impossible to set into motion day after day. But it's flexible and relaxed instead. I've been doing this routine for years now and it never got outdated or boring. I'm beyond grateful!
Practices such as this one remind me (over and over) how many amazing body parts we have, and how they need our attention & care ❤

I build from the ground up.
So nice to be low to the ground today, tending to my legs which do so much for me and I am so grateful are functioning and strong. Our feet and legs are such amazing parts of our bodies that allow us to do everything in life: to run, to jump, to walk, to dance, to stand and be supported. Let’s all shout: I LOVE MY LEGS❤️🦵🦵!!! My father was hospitalized due to COVID-19 two days ago. Simultaneously, it is my first week of law school. One of my methods to relieve stress is exercise and I've ran 15 miles within the past 2 days and done heavy strength training. I woke up today with a heavy heart, jumbled mind and tightness in my body. Because of this video I feel a bit more settled, my body, mind and spirit is thankful. Sending my love and appreciation to Adriene and everyone that has or will ever watch this video.
I have fibromyalgia and just started running two days ago. My legs were killing me. After this practice, I feel so much better. Thank you so much!. I’m actually laughing with joy. Yoga is magical!
Great one after skateboarding, snowboarding and climbing! Also good after long days at the office. I might have done this at least over 30-40 times already.
I practiced this blindfolded as I remember that’s what I always enjoyed to feel my body. Definitely lost some flexibility without regular practice. Hoping to gain it back but most importantly bring back peace to my soul

Day 48! I feel plugged in. Thank you. I have a story. My little 2 year old puppers is anxious. I took her to the vet for an annual and asked what can I do to help her? My vet (known a long long time) says to me she's is anxious because you are anxious. They are very receptive.
I started doing yoga every day at the beginning of the year to try in help myself so I could help her. In the beginning, she wouldn't leave me alone so I had to put her behind gate. Now 48 days later she calmly lays down next me while I "see feelingly" not freaking out every time I change position. Thanks for calming us down!

Build day 24🎉 loved this, was the perfect practice for my legs after the weekend challenges. Love the cow pose, when you said "if you look down it looks like a cow" I looked and it did look like a cow😂. Thank you, Adriene, for todays practice and the perfect timing of it. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

OMG that was amazing. Thank you so much Adriene, for that gorgeous yoga practice. I had a rough night last night, with my Fibromyalgia. This practice has just helped, to get me back on my feet, for my day ahead. I loved how gentle, and kind this yoga practice was. After yesterday’s workout this is a very welcome tlc practice, super slow and kind and stretchy. I closed my eyes a lot through this sequence, so relaxing but with positivity and enjoying the therapy. I admit to doing my senior cow legs 😆 not much like yours Adriene ! After 4 hours walk with my doggie this practice is exactly what I needed😃
This was a good end to the day. My inner hips tend to tighten over the course of the day, so we're feeling good now. Day 421 of the current run.
I've never groaned out in relief during yoga, before today! I just finished a hike and was super tight and this did the trick. Thank you!
Day 24 complete I liked this one but that might be because my dog was being funny while I did this practice. 04/24/2024

This is one of my favorites. I love how gentle Adriene is through the transitions. Perfect for when you're very stiff and need a little extra time getting to and loosening into a position. I also like how she offers variations for if you need a bit of a deeper stretch. Something new for me each time I come back.
id been saving this one for a day i had especially sore feet....today was it. i came home with really sore legs and knees..i wanted to do this but couldnt get around to it till now, which 11 at night...i cant express how happy i am coz i did it...my pain has vanished ....thank you so much adriene

Just finished the practice and it's 12 at night...
ive done a lot of these and suffer from back pain and hip pain and it has helped, could you do any videos or stretches or routines for tight hamstrings, that would be LOVLEY :)

I really want to say thank you for making yoga easy to find and for you being a great coach and to make videos like this. 7 or 8 years ago I snapped my knee on black ice and for months I was not able to lift myself with the use of my knee, I had to be near something before I could sit down on a floor or anywhere. After several months of letting it heal on its own, I only had to deal with what felt like someone putting a hot knife in my knee. Then I eventually found yoga and without joking I went out to the field 4 weeks later, to help my family burn for the new season and as I knelt down to light the grass. I went down without realizing it and then I got up entirely on my own and I felt nothing. not even a loud pop that I was somewhat used to.
It is so amazing what our bodies are capable of and the limitation is extended by using yoga.
My leg was sore and this video brought back some memories. Thank you.

So it's a Sunday morning, & I find that I've been going a little too hard in the gym lately without taking time to stretch & really care for my body. I left the gym early to go home & do this practice. It's really amazing the restoration I feel, if only in finding my breath, but definitely in the poses as well. Thank you for this practice & all you do for so many people. To me, that is truly spiritual. Namaste!
After finishing the last half of "Camp 18" I moved on to "Tired Legs" and got a 39 minute work out in today. Thanks to Adriene for great daily workouts, and she is a charm to spend 30 or 40 minutes with several days a week!
I found a practice I've never done of Adriene's, although I know there are more I've missed. This felt exquisite, as I've been working pretty hard in active poses and am trying to go slower to give myself a rest. This was great.
Just ran my first marathon a couple days ago! This practice was awesome for my exhausted legs, thank you so much!

My legs were so tired tonight after work. I’m a nurse so I stand a lot. I wanted so badly to do yoga with you but couldn’t bare the thought of standing. I decided to search for tired legs and as luck would have it you had this video. I feel so lucky to live in a time with you as a teacher who is reaching so far and wide with this online platform. My legs thank you tonight, but most especially my heart does.

I have Endometriosis and really struggle with pain in my thighs and right hip because of it radiating down there. I was struggling with it before I started this video. I think the stretching etc in this video really helped calm it down! Thank you!

That was a good one after a HIIT workout that pretty much involved 25 minutes of leg work - you name it sumo jumping squats, single leg squats, jump switches, etc, so my legs were calling for some love! Thank you. Namaste xo

Absolutely wonderful! I do a lot of heavy lifting, and I worked my legs yesterday (and forgot to stretch!) so I've definitely been paying for it today. I've been struggling to sit down, to climb stairs, you name it. This practice was a bit challenging, given how tight I was, but it has definitely helped loosen me up. I think I'll use it next time *right* after my workout, and not the day after ;)
I know this is an old vid but I've had flu'y symptoms the last two days - body aching and nose dripping, lol. I really felt the need to stretch and this really did the trick, though it was impossible not to hear my breathe as I sounded like darth vader underwater :D

Today was my first day back on the mat in way too long. I've been so tired from work that I've been neglecting my self-care, but today after my shift my legs were just crying out for some restoration and love. I remembered seeing this video in my subscriptions a while ago and decided that it was just what I needed, and I felt so rusty and stiff but it was amazing to work on and in my body again instead of just using it to work for me.
