Yesterday i did an extra workout for my abs and legs so i could totally feel the burn with this video again 😂 but the main area i want to focus on after this challenge ang getting back into the habit of working out is the legs and abs so it was nice to feel my body respond to these exercises. Lets keep up the good work for the last week!

Oh man...I could not do the plank and lift my leg at all. So I went to my knees and lifted from that position. Better than nothing I guess. I feel like sometimes I’m getting worse at all this. But I know it’s just different challenges and I’m at least doing something.
Keep going, Sherry! Trust the process and you will see improvements in your strength and abilities. Lots of factors go into how we feel on a given day and our bodies are different on different days. You can do it!
I still have a clicking sound at my lower back every time I try to straighten or stretch my leg to do the 2nd to the last exercise. Any tip you can share so I that I can avoid such pain and do it more properly for safety. Thanks.
