I have never been able to stick to a workout routine. These ten minute sessions are perfect-- I even look forward to them now. Robin is the perfect amount of positive without being too woo-woo or over the top. It's amazing how much of a difference ten minutes can make!
Im running out of things to say everyday except for today felt really good again. I was kind of restless today and this was the perfect way to calm me down again. Robin you have an incredibly calming energy and your instructions are always clear and easy to understand. Im glad i found this challenge and am able to keep up and motivate myself through this! 💪🏻

I noticed the craziest thing after today's workout : I got taller! By about a centimeter. I realized because a shelf door that I can normally walk under hit my head 🤣. A very clear sign that pilates has a huge effect on my spinal health. Thank you!
That one was very challenging! I had to do the variation for the leg kicks because I couldn't seem to get the foot high enough off the ground to kick. The bridge and upkicks took a lot out of me as well! Yay day 22!
Hi Robin I am nowhere as agile as you with this leg workout still on floor and my sides feel so weak and have to lie on side to do the side exercises however I'm going to continue then when I reach day 30 I will begin the 30 day challenge again and persevere.

Extremely disappointed of this challenge. The days are very inconsistent and sometimes, like today, you offer no modification for the exercises. I definitely would not recommend buying the subscription

Those are challenging exercises - great job modifying and doing what you can, as modifications are always encouraged! You're doing amazing!

She modified the plank by saying to go on for arms if wrists were an issue
