You gave me a idea!! I agree flour tortillas do have that taste when used for enchiladas. So I am going to use flour tortillas ( because thats all i have) and crisp the rolled chicken filled tortillas and then put the white sauce over them. I guess like a wet burrito. I also use homney instead of corn for most of my spanish dishes. Thanks again. Great recipe
