the villagers that get the proffession manually should be called void apprentices instead of void masters
I like this. Plus, when I watched back the video I thought "Void Master - Master" looked weird when it was fully leveled up.

@@vetriprimus4093there are groups of players who design and build prisons in Minecraft (the idea being to create an inescapable box, which is way way harder than it seems at first). These builds require UNGODLY amounts of crying obsidian for things. Hence why the obsidian trade is good. Hope this helps!

@@LastGoatKnightand it's not the same. Datapacks are different from the source code of the game. He might not be using datapacks in this video but it's still not the source code. (It's still bullshit how mojang takes so long, the nether update was good and now it's just caves and cliffs pt5

Ik he is using what Mojang made, but, for one of the largest grossing games in the world, it’s not rlly an excuse. I’d compare Mojang to Fromsoftware; that’s more valid of a comparison.

3:21 villages ran into the end to hide from the wither. ran to the outer end islands to hide from the ender dragon and started building the end cities. there food source ran out and they stared eating chorus fruit. after a while they slowly turned into enderman.
But that's just a theory!

we’ve been asking for an end update before asking for a nether one
I think the real reason why Mojang employees don't make lots of updates is because the game would be overwhelming, most players are casual players that just want to chill for a little from time to time and the last thing they want is to open the game and see 500 new things
An example of this is genshin impact, I played it a long time ago when there were only 2 regions, and now there are like 6 regions, the map is way too big and the amount of content is enough to scare me and prevent me play again
but what about the people that have already "beaten" the game they get left behind in the dust just because new players would get "overwhelmed" like comon you should also think about those players not only new or casual players if the new and casual players feel overwhelmed then that's just their problem they can always switch to older versions
@@LunerEclipseHDI’ve beaten the game a couple of times and still have a blast in Minecraft. And the new tricky trials update was great
the problem is 90% of new things added in updates will never be used by players unless in extremely specific circumstances

YES FINALLY A NEW WHIMZEE VIDEO
I like how half the things added just completely kick the balancing in the knee. The elytra is already way too over-powered and you BUFFED it with an enchantment. I get that it's a mod, but it genuinely feels like you came up with everything without giving it a second thought.
I see what you mean, he could have added the downside of the elytra losing durability every time the boost is used since it breaks the sound barrier, also wouldn't boosting the elytra speed make it harder for the world to render (unless you increase render distance) and make it harder for players to turn a specific direction.

LOVED THIS Hope you make even more Minecraft mods in the future Whimzee I have a suggestion make enderite more of a side grade then an upgrade like netherite has more defense while enderite gives more speed and mobility this can be done by if the player has the full set they get speed 1 or 2 with jumpboost or add some sort of teleport abiltiy while wearing the full armor set

@Whimzee concept for new end biome mod:
SULPHURIC ACID BATHS
-has small ponds and lakes of acid which deals high damage
-small acid refineries around lakes with acid pumps
-some sort of mob which shoots acid
-geysers scattered around
-you can infuse acid with tools to increase effectiveness
-some sort of mob which crawls out of the acid when the player gets close enough

Two things, one please in the future add the invisibility shader thing (maybe bring a friend in), it's really cool and would be really unique
Second, maybe they only are visible or enterable if the ender dragon is spawned in, forcing players to revive the dragon AND kill it when it's time to go back home (this tedious task would be avoided by the void compass)

First of all, amazing video. I absolutely loved your ideas. You are my favorite Minecraft youtuber. Secondly, I have some lore and feature suggestions that you could have implemented in your spare time. I don't know if one can implement all of the features below in a day or less, but you could still add them to the mod later if you want. Also, I have a question: do the library structures spawn only once in the entire End, or do they spawn really rarely in numbers? Anyways... 5 MILLION PAGE LORE/FEATURE ESSAY TIME!
FLYING JOURNAL ENTRIES:
It would be cool if the player could catch the flying books and get random journals with a few diary entries that talk about the lore behind the plains villagers going to the end, them becoming smarty-pants by reading books and discovering things, becoming the voidlings, building the end cities and library, etc. More on that Each book would be a random one of 60 journals, and each journal would have a few diary entries (each entry being a few pages) providing lore.
All the journals could be written in perspectives of different people in different time periods. For example, one book could be written in the perspective of a plains villager discovering the end with his expedition team. Another one could be in the POV of different villager surviving in the end and transforming into a voidling. Another one could be written in the perspective of a different voidling helping build the library or the end cities. Another one could be a voidling using the knowledge they gained to create shulkers to guard their end cities. There's another piece of lore - shulkers were artificially created. The Minecraft lore-hunters wil l love this.
TREASURE TROVES:
Some of them may even be from voidling rouges that weren't aligned with the rest of their society, that stole treasure from other voidlings and hid it in buried treasure troves around the End. They could contain directions to the treasure written in the Minecraft enchantment table language, so the players would have something to decrypt for even more rewards. The treasure troves would be very far away from the library, and they could be guarded by special shulkers. These shulkers are the same as normal shulkers, except that armor gives 60% less protection against the damage done by the levitation balls. It does the same thing as the Breach IV enchantment on a mace, except that instead of the mace it affects a shulker ball. This is going to add some more hard-to-get endgame loot opportunities for players wanting to explore and face challenges.

I love everything in this video. It really is like something Mojang would add to the vanilla game, and I can tell you hit the vanilla personality on the head. The only real criticism I would give is for the elytra enchantment to allow for the elytra to use a firework rocket from anywhere in your inventory, rather than an additional effect. I feel like the "vanilla way" is more like working WITH what is existing already, rather than removing the need for it at all. You could still add the Boost effect, though, and just gear it as a mega jump that launches the player 15-20 blocks vertical, auto-deploying and allow it to, again, be chained with a jump action to use a firework rocket from anywhere in the inventory, much like the bow uses arrows

there's a mod you can install to increase the size of structure blocks and save them, and you don't need it as a dependency to your mod when you release it. so if your structure doesn't have to be randomly generated, you don't have to use the jigsaws
