The one frame of that steve vs edit of giorno reminded me of the fact that because of tickspeed and tickfreeze, steve basically has Made In Heaven and The World.
Teleportation is not speed, even if we assume it is, you still need to have a proven infinite distance that you travelled to get infinite speed otherwise you will just be MFTL+ and since Minecraft is a finite 3d world I'm pretty sure you can assume the rest if you're an actual scaler.

With the stupid amount of weight thing, Steve doesn’t even slow down at all with all of weight. Meaning he theoretically has infinite strength since he doesn’t seem to struggle at all.
The only limits on his strength and speed are the in game limits, like using the heaviest block the game has to offer, rather than the theoretical heaviest block possible. As well, the "6x speed of light" is literally limited by the size of the world hes in. If the world size were larger, or if the heaviest item was heavier, his "maximum strength and speed" would go up, because he reacts to either the exact same way. By not reacting at all.

@@Han14326 holding 2 empty buckets is already breaking the rules of whats possible, as with just 2 buckets you can make infinite water, meaning the volume of two buckets is infinite, while the volume of 1 bucket is finite but still extremely extremely large. For steves 2 buckets to be infinite in volume realistically implies infinite surface area, and infinite surface area of an item made out of iron, a substance that verifiably has weight, means that holding 2 empty buckets is holding infinite weight, and holding 2 buckets of water is holding infinite weight as well, but still more weight than the empty buckets. However, you can stack empty buckets up to 16 in one slot (without commands), so the theoretical heaviest vanilla survival inventory is the full shulker box inventory with an enderchest in your offhand filled with more shulkers all filled with stacks of empty buckets 😀👍

Infinity is infinity, it doesn't stack like that. The water itself isn't infinite, you'd have to place it in a 2x2 for it to be "infinite" but even then you'd need another bucket of water and once picked up you can place but will flow as a finite thing. You can conclude that it's just a game mechanic and Powerscalers have somehow proven how to get past infinity? This is only inside the powerscaling community since it doesn't work in science.

If you think about it, the multiplier that strength potions do on steve should *theoretically* apply to the weight he can carry (being limited only by the code of the game), which means he is MUCH stronger than that. You also have to consider that Steve's speed is infinite, considering he can "tp" (not actually a teleport) to ANYWHERE in a single tick, but the universe he lives in doesn't allow him to truly show his full potential.

Technically, his speed is POTENTIALLY infinite, but not infinite. It takes him a single tick to travel one block, five blocks, 10^372^47299 blocks, etc., but he can never traverse an infinite (as infinity has no end). To do so would be logically impossible, and as far as we have seen, steve has not done anything logically impossible.
Now, if it took him 0 seconds to teleport to places instead of 0.2, then we could say he has infinite speed.

The reason why resistace five negates all damage is because each level of resistance decreases damage by 20%, so 20x5 would be 100%.

Netherite may be the heaviest block, but it isn’t the heaviest item. All you need is a simple water bucket. In Minecraft, a single water block could create an infinite water current, meaning a water bucket’s weight is literally infinity.

Just in case no one else wrote this, the reason that the upwards limit is one block less than the downwards limit is because Steve's coordinates are mesured from the feet

No buddy. If you die in most other video games, you restart from your last checkpoint. All time resets when you ‘respawn’. This does not happen in minecraft. When you die in there, time continues and you just respawn. Which means Steve literally has the power to defy death

So one set of coordinates goes from 0 to 19,999,999 while the negative values go from -1 to -20,000,000. (Allthough this would only apply for things such as blocks, which can only be on full number coordinates and not fractions of a unit, like -0.5 blocks, for example)
Steve seems to die from a lot of normal things but you also have to consider that someone as strong and conditioned as steve wouldn't take damage the same way we do. Us punching Steve would be the equivalent to us punching steel. Perhaps the only reason Steve takes damage is because all the entities around him (like hostile mobs) are on the same level as him.
Edit: In creative mode Steve can also move at these speeds while holding infinite amounts of the entire creative menu

Powerscaling is important to a degree, you don't wanna write Joe Smith from Walmart ripping the Demon King's head off with no prior training. Fun fact: You can actually teleport way higher and way lower in minecraft. You just need to remove restriction. Spds actually already did that and the highest number to which you can teleport is: 10^248. Also, the lowest number is 9 223 372 036 854 775 807. So, in theory, Steve can move much, much faster than 6 times the speed of light.

This means that steve's "soft limit" is only capacity. He's only able to carry that much because it means that in game the NBT tag touches the depth tag limit, which if it's higher he can go higher.
Here's the issue; Steve literally does not get affected by the weight of what he carries because his walk speed is still the same regardless of capacity.

The new /tick freeze command now gives him the ability to freeze time itself while steve himself can move freely
One thing to note is that Steve also has the ability to create entire worlds larger than Earth in mere seconds, however most of these buffs are bound to this world he makes, shown because he can switch between 2 worlds where 1 has god-like abilities but another he can be killed by a single block of tnt
So in a world where cheats were turned on he would have a home field advantage like none other, bringing him into a separate world could severely limit him (assuming the cheats don’t carry over)

Even in just survival mode he could carry a full inventory of shulkers filled to the brim with stacks of 64 netherite blocks. He could also drink a maxed speed potion for 40% more speed, and he can drink a turtle master potion to remove 60% of ALL damage for 20 second plus he could just stock up on it. Steve also can wear full netherite all topped off with protection 4 giving him around 80% damage reduction. Which means he could take damage lower it by 80% and then it lowers the sum by an additional 60%.

Theoretically, Minecraft Steve also has infinite battle experience. I mean, everyone who has played Minecraft at one point has used Steve, so he has the intelligence of over like 200 million people low ball. Then, every account that plays with Steve has gone through combat, building, and then probably used the creative mode tools many times. This means that each power he has, Steve has mastered countless times over. But the main problem I find with all the comparisons with him in creative mode vs other things is that whenever Steve loses, he usually still has creative mode + commands, which I find absurd. I mean, look at this video. Then, you can fill infinite water bottles full of water from a single source block, which you can carry around in a bucket. Using the method of chest stacking Kene did in this video, Steve can casually infinite mass to an absolute. (He can carry multiple things that have infinite mass) Then, he is also INCREDIBLY smart. I mean, with a couple pieces of wood he can make things like a boat that can hold Steve while he's carrying infinite water, and buckets that can hold infinite water. Like, imagine waking up and being able to create entire pocket dimensions with wood alone. At that point, his power is simply unfathomable. (Yo guys in the comments, just stop lol. This isn't meant to be serious, just a fun imagining of how powerful he could be lmao. Stop freaking out about how Steve shouldn't have infinite battle experience. Its a fun topic to discuss.)

Technically Steve's strength is beyond infinite. Since he can pull out blocks from his inventory (if in creative).... Infinitely. And if you also use mods such as Avaritia. He can carry infinity. And his IQ or Intelligence is also beyond being scaled. He can make mods at will making them as complicated as he wants. Ultimatively The most complicated mod ever. Gregtech is too comprehensively complex making Steve a god.

A netherite block actually only weights 359,291 lbs, here is why (I copied thos from a trusted source):
So I started with finding the real-life version of netherite, which I found to be platinum. Platinum is said to be around 30 times rarer than gold, similar to in Minecraft, where ancient debris is around 25 times rarer than overworld gold, which is close enough for me. I also checked if alloying gold and platinum would make a stronger alloy, and the alloy is supposedly the most wear-resistant metal in the world. A fun fact is that platinum is usually mined with explosives drilled into holes (sound familiar?) and then collected and refined by heat.
I then found the weight of a single gold bar ( cubic meter of gold divided by 9) which was 4726.71 lbs (2.14 mg) per bar and the weight of a single ancient scrap. For the sake of this math, I assumed that the scraps had the same volume as the gold. The weight of the ancient scraps were 5,253.62 lbs (2.38 mg). I then multiplied each bu four and added them together ( four of each per bar) and got 39921.31 (18.1 mg) per netherite ingot.
To find the weight of the block was fairly simple, all I needed to do was multiply this number by nine and I would have my answer, being 358,291 lbs or 179 tons (162.97 mg), which is truly mind blowing. This is the equivalent of 27 African elephants in the space of a cubic meter.

Now put them in the bag-like item, and fill the shulkers with that item, then fill you inventory with those shulkers. Even I Steve died in hardcore mode (no commands), not only he can comeback as an immortal ghost, but he can also connect his universe to multiverse and give himself godlike powers while doing it

important facts you missed: steve's main enemies are the witches, as potion effects cancel out defense. also steve can take a warden blast (note it can one shot players with non-enchanted diamond-normal netherite gear) with a shield.. without taking damage. also steve is post-mortal.. as shown in an achivement.
My HC is that steve can fill items with insane magic, making shields stop any attack, water buckets to hold any amount of water needed, chests to expand their space according to contents, etc

something that I notice a lot of creators miss when discussing Steves strength is the water bucket. by holding 1 water bucket, Steve is carrying infinite weight, as in the right conditions, it can flow infinitely. this would be debatable though.
edit: to all the people saying that you could use packed ice, or a cow, whilst it is true, infinite literally means limitless in extent space or size. so it doesn't matter what you use to achieve infinite weight, as long as its achieved. how you do it makes no difference, as the weight is already infinite
I myself made a comment about this. There are plenty of things heavier than Netherite. Beacon Blocks are also heavier because it needs a Nether Star, and stars are pretty heavy in terms of weight. Water Buckets, as you said, have infinite mass but there's another reason you didn't mention. When using Water Bottles, no matter how many bottles you fill with water using a water source block, the Water Source Block will not drain by even a single pixel. This means there is infinite water in each Water Source Block, and you carry Water Source Blocks in the water bucket. But there is something even heavier. Cows. They can give you infinite milk buckets. And everyone knows Milk is heavier than Water in real life. So therefore infinite milk is heavier than infinite Water.. But you can't carry cows. However, you can carry Cow Spawn Eggs. Cow Spawn Eggs carry the entirety of the cow within them, including the milk. But wait, there's more! Mooshrooms. They give you mushroom stew. Stew is heavier than Milk because stew has solids inside of it. The Mooshroom also has mushrooms on its back meaning its weight without the stew is heavier as well. Therefore, Mooshroom Spawn Egg is the heaviest thing Steve can carry.
Tldr: Steve can carry things heavier than Water Buckets and as such can carry the Omniverse
Also, since water can flow from world height to bedrock, it is very heavy. But turn that to ice and use 9 ice that can be turned into one packed ice, with the weight of 9 practically infinite water blocks. Then blue ice, with the weight of 81 infinite water blocks, as it requires 9 packed ice. Then use the chests in chests stuff and Steve can carry entire universes in his inventory

What about a ice block? Each block has one block of water and since the water can flow forever that’s basically infinite weight, and it does it end there. Steve can stack ice blocks, meaning Steve can carry numbers higher than infinity! For example one stack of ice blocks is basically 64 times infinity!
fun fact, in older versions of minecraft you can go as far as 32767 when it comes to potions, enchantments etc, so by using an older version you can basically go faster

Blue ice is actually the heaviest block in the game, by placing a single water source block at build limit, and building a pyramid where each time it flows to it's smallest volume, the shape of the pyramid makes it fall down one block, making it go back to full source block volume, In *all directions* If you continue this to the void, you then *remove all of the pyramid's blocks* so that water will flow downwards, creating *even more volume of water* , this will equate to *4 TRILLION POUNDS* . Ice blocks hold one water source block, so a singular block of ice is 4 trillion pounds, but wait, theres more, The ice can be crafted into packed ice using 9 blocks of ice, then using 9 blocks of packed ice, you can craft blue ice, this is 81 blocks of water in total, which is this number *3.24E14* . If you replace the netherite blocks with blue ice, then he wont just carry a bunch of multiverses, he'll possibly carry billions or illions. there is a small mistake at 11:33, the Mohs scale is not linear because it's based on real life, heuristic measurements which don't care about linearity. We can compare a 3 and a 7.2 on the Mohs scale through "absolute hardness", which for 3 equals 14, and for 7.2 it would mean about 120. Therefore the power of the TNT should not be multiplied by 2.4, but by 8.57, making the end result 3.5 times more destructive ;P

And since armor can protect against these mobs by a LOT with enchantments, and with netherite, that would mean that netherite armor is god scale in strength. This also means that potions are OP.

All of the limitations you have described are the result of the world he’s in.
He cannot ever ues his full potential simply because the reality he lives in cannot handle it.
But if he breaks out of that reality he can use all that. Also I have a theory that can’t rlly be supported but it’s just a thing I realized. What if Steve was once a dimension destroying space and time god who destroyed tons of overpowered entities with his strength, but then the remaining ones banded together and used all their power to trap Steve in a prison dimension and limit his powers. Sound familiar? That prison was the world of Minecraft where he was forced to repeat the same cycle of how players play the game. But a fraction of his power can still be slightly revealed like shown in this video. Which isn’t his full absolute power. This world keeping his power in check to protect the multiverse from absolute annihilation. But Steve patiently waits in the corner waiting for his grand escape to destroy all of existence!!
