Hello Justin, will the reinforcement bolt screwed to the aluminum frame be possible to do it the same way for the big mud flaps?
I need to push them back about 10mm to clear rubbing the 33”x12.5 tires

If you're using a factory mudflap, that should work for you. Note going back that far you may need to trim some of the plastic.
