Wait so are we not allowed to harvest white bass during spawn at utah lake? Never fished for them during spawn. Also pretty please tell me where you're at
You are allowed to harvest them with no limit. I was at the Utah Lake State Park.
do you have any tips or first time spots at utah lake you recomend, ive never been but i want to go for catfish and bass
Any of the marinas or major tributaries are the best places to start. Provo marina is a good one. For catfish, any sort of cut bait on the bottom is good. For white bass, spinners and bright colored curly tails.

Hey my dude! Just getting off 500 South right now to go hit up Bountiful Lake for the first time. I usually just troll around with the kayak with a crankbait in the water. What do you suggest for this water? I've never fished here before.
Well, I'm just seeing this now, so sorry about that 😂 how'd you do? Bountiful is usually pretty tough this time of year. Super warm water and it's not stocked often. Fishing near the inlet is usually the best bet because the water is cooler.
@@BackyardBoyTV I got skunked. Lol but as you said. It's that time of year. Caught a little bait fish with the small net and used it for some cat fish later in the day. Had one hit but that was it.
Yeah man it's a rough fishery this time of year for sure. Coming up here in fall it'll pick up.
