EDIT: Just because some kid threatened her in the chat doesn't make a whole lot of difference, she still crossed a line there.
EDIT#2: Some people are saying that when she said this the chat was in EMOTE ONLY mode, but I'm not certain because I wasn't there. If this is true then it makes it just slightly worse because its still a crazy bad way for her to present herself to Twitch and NoPixel, not to mention all of XQC's viewers.

Rules that she broke:
*1. Powergaming:* Abused and took advantage of a game mechanic. X cannot cancel loading money into his bag until all the loot has been collected, leaving him as an easy target.
*2. NVL/failed RP:* It was clearly stated that X got the hostage holding the barred door that is separating him from the cops. On top of that, he also stated while looting, his pistol is still pointed at the hostage and he'll kill the hostage if there's any movement. Kylie disregarded this information and barged into the room without valuing her's and most importantly, the hostage's life too. Your main priority is that hostage's safety so why would you risk their life when you don't have control of the situation?
*3. Don't be a hero:* In the event of not seeing the hostage, X ONLY demanded the cop with the cowboy hat to enter the bank. However, Kylie took the matter into her own hand and ignore the request, disregarding the other police unit on the scene.
Overall, terrible RP on Kylie's part, and she need repercussion for action. If the admin doesn't do anything, then that goes to show the admin's favoritism to the cops.

The worst part is this X playing Jean playing Joker was some of the best RP he's ever done and better than most people's daily RP. He was just a bank robber trying to act crazy like Joker. He isn't one of the main streamers I watch but man was that anticlimactic to have that instead of a chase.
Facts brother. If I was a cop, for the sake of awesome RP, I'd gladly take the L just to see how it will all turn out. RP is not about winnig or losing anyway, but about creating good stories by roleplaying and actually producing amazing and entertaining content.

@@CCrohny Although I kind of agree with that, I think that everyday's robberies are like "a guy with a mask robbing the bank" "3 guys dressed like aliens robbing the bank" "4 guys with voice changers robbing the bank", but this was fundamentally different, because it was just like the fking Joker, and it was a really good impersonation, so it was something different to watch in some way.
Anyways, i agree that it is essentially boring to play as a cop since you don't have that much to do compared to criminals. A bank robber can think of 50 different ways to do the job, but the cops have to do exactly the same chase, and detentions, and so on, because there's no "50 ways of chasing the robber".
And, finally, it was 100% fail rp, power-gaming, nvl, and "hero" rp, which breaks at least 3 server rules on the cop side. Maybe they have to re-think the way cops are played to teach them not to break the rules, and to somehow make it funnier for them to play, so they don't have to do the same job all the time the same way.

It was really unfortunate that X got Angel in that heist. Any other cop would have done a much better RP, or even take the L in that situation. Hopefully this will be reviewed by admins because she was clearly powergaming there. I'm just glad Summit agreed to help him get revenge later.

Really? She didn't even have eyes on the target until she walked in there. So, in a real scenario, what if the target has a gun trained on the hostage and she tried to barge in there with her rifle up? That hostage's dead. She obviously made use of the knowledge that they get stuck in animation when collecting the money. That's not only powergaming, that's metagaming too, that shouldn't be a knowledge that is known by the character.

Ok, if you're RPing a cop whose handling a hostage situation you would never walk in there even if you outgunned the person just on the sole reason they have a hostage and can kill them at any point, Angel should definitely suspended at least for nvl and fail rp.

The blatant announcement of waiting for him to start collecting cash before moving in is the most closed and shut case of failed rp.

Those are the 3 rules she broke. The hostage is supposed to be holding the door shut but she just somehow runs in there and also the hostage (in rp) has a gun to his head. She deserves a punishment.
Exactly, and take note that she didn't have eyes on the target. So, in an actual situation, he could've been anywhere and shot the hostage when she barged in with her gun up. The cops totally made use of the game mechanic that locks him in animation and walked in as soon as they hear him take the money coz he can't do anything else.
She knew it was X and immediately fired on him because she has a vendetta because he was unbanned when she wanted him perm banned

I was watching X’s stream, before going to the vault, he clearly asked to have the other female cop follow inside as she was being super chill and complying with his threats. The other cop who ended up going in and killing X literally just abruptly went inside instead of her. She was literally pushing to get inside so she could shoot X from the start, so sad in my opinion because this was the best RP I seen from X since he started no pixel.
She's on stream rn talking as if she did the right thing in this situation, hopefully she gets banned because she definitely seems to think she's above the rules

IF you remember X got in trouble for taking advantage of animation lock when he was being robbed he ran away. She did the same thing, just because he's in animation lock doesn't mean in RP that he doesn't have a gun to that hostage.
I think that scenario is a bit different because it is not really an animation lock as the robbers can still cancel and shoot him. But maybe you right he got into trouble for that so she should not be excluded either.

All right, I'm normally open to playing devil's advocate for the cops, but holy shit that was not cool under any circumstances. Even if following real laws, they'd still need to verbally give warnings before shooting unless the suspect is brandishing a weapon

1st: X TOLD the hostage to hold the door so they wouldnt come in, police ignored that.
2nd: X asked for the police with a hat to come in, yet she was so hungry for blood she decided to go in instead.
3rd: She didnt value hostage's life as she knows in a irl scenario hostage would have died there. The only reason why hostage didnt die there is because of gta mechanics.

U can do a 3 man heist. 1 hostage. Have one if ur crew pretend to be a hostage and have an unloaded gun be held by the real hostage and pointing it at the fake one and the 2nd crew dude is pointing a gun at the real hostage in a blind corner. All while the 3rd crew person is getting the money. Cops do stupid shit like here and break rules well congrats. They shot a civilian under duress and now they get themselves killed as the real robbers take them out. Call them dumb and shit for not assessing the situation and trying to take advantage of game mechanics. Idk. I would like to see something this this happen like what summit did with the alien heist and having a similar car ready so they catch the wrong people.

Well. I say the hostage should take the pd to court for endangering the life of a civilian. Would be a ban for nvl as the cop didn't care about the life of the hostage in that moment. Due to just taking advantage of the mechanics of the game that lock the character in its animation. Which would just make the game unfun and just unplayable if u wanna try to solo it.

While it's correct that he could've done it better, it doesn't change the fact it's pure power gaming. If Angel didn't power game it would've worked out, the fact that having the hostage take the money is being raised as a valid argument is insane because that plan is literally made to prevent power gaming, if you have to edit and revise your plan to prevent power gaming then I don't think it's the plan that needs changing, it's the player list, especially with how people have been banned for less.

If the hostage is picking up the cash they could say it was a fake hostage and say the ”hostage” was an accomplice. And then X or the solo bank robber cant say much.
Its a 50/50 if the cop sees the ”hostage” pick up the cash, be forced or mistaken for an accomplice.

"hostage" situations in this server are just SO skewed though compared to IRL.
Go look up documentaries on REAL LIFE hostage situations, where they demand stuff. There is one from the Olympic Games in Berlin somewhere around 1980.
It's well documented because the press was already there to look at the olympic games, so you have multi camera angles of the whole thing. The guys had several hostages inside. The police stood outside, at first not even able to make contact with them through a radio.
They were afraid to even come close to the building (so that it would look like they were breaching) because they knew, that those hostages were ON THE LINE. The police negotiator negotiates a bunch of things with them, but (for some reason I forgot) they weren't happy enough and they said that they would start executing people, one by one if they didn't meet their demands.
They they proceeded to shoot blank shots in the room (one every 4th hour or something) and the police thought they were actually executing the hostages (they had like 20 hostages).
But, they STILL didn't just breach in like they do in nopixel, because they KNEW that that would lead to a massive bloodbath.
What they ended up doing, was conspiring with the military police to do a special rescue mission, this special unit had been looking at layouts of the building in the meanting, they had walked up the stairs through the backdoor of the building next door, so that noone knew about them, they reached the roof of the next building, they jumped across to the other one and they came in through a back-door at night when the people holding them hostages didn't exepct it
That whole thing took like 1 day to conclude. And that's because you have some innocent people's LIVES on the line. Imagine if they would've gone in berserk NoPixel police mode, the hostage takers would've noticed and they would have actually just started killing all the hostages.
It's not only cringe and ruins immersion when the police literally just walks up to the bank doors as if they know nothing will happen... when in real life, the police wouldn't even be pointing their guns at them in that situation, because they know, if the police tries some "oh ima shoot him in the head while he's standing still" if they notice something like that, they can just at any point end that persons life.
It's more of a circus than a hostage situation on NoPixel. It's one of the main reasons I just can't take watching that shit seriously.
After the “ima push once he starts collecting money” clip is shown to an admin she’s getting a Bahamas trip or a stern warning. That’s just completely unacceptable, that clip shows she’s fully aware of the situation and it’s intricacies yet still didn’t give a fuck.
