Love these cars! The RC hobby is so diverse with all the different classes and types of vehicles, I'm surprised it isn't a more popular hobby. (although the expense is probably the biggest reason)
Hats off to the shock tuning skills, my next build will be a 2.2 trophy! Looks like the future of off-road rc ultimate challenge.

But can I give my point of view about this class...I love...in your Cherry Valley vidéo, I've seen an perfect competitor at 4'50 with blue Cfab metal cage and 4 independant suspension... I luv !!!

Rich, thanks for sharing! Sorry to repeat a question but for those of not familiar with or no ability to see this kind of racing (Southeastern US) what brand of rig do you typically use to race? Axial(what model) or Losi Rock Rey? Any others?
trophy class is one off metal chassis builds....none of those look legal thou. Suppose to have a scale engine or panels to cover where the scale engine would be.
so the race was a misture of rock crawling to, pretty cool
Yep.....being my first race, the rock obstacles were the toughest to navigate....walking the course helped a lot to find the right lines

It's the 2.2" Trophy Class in U4RC. It's basically custom metal cage chassis with any configuration of solid axle or independent suspension. Check out the rules here: www.u4rc.com/rules/

It's on the south side of Horseman's up on a hill. Check www.u4rc.com for the address. It is someone's home, so it's only open for events/races
