Thank you for the review! Love what inov-8 have done with their toe boxes! I have narrow feet and I still love my F-Flys (assuming the fit is similar). Yes there's some minimal lateral movement but I'm not doing side to side jumps, and they're great for everything else. I can also mostly wear size 13 in shoes with anatomic toe box vs size 14 in other athletic shoes (which are usually half a size too big). The only thing I don't like about inov-8 is boring colorways
Great review! I have wide, high-volume, boxy feet, and as much as I love the construction and colorways of the Nanos, they were squeezing my feet a bit too much. I was going back and forth between the F-Liteand the Savage 1. This helped me finally pull the trigger on the F-Lite. Only one workout deep, but so far loving them. I don't mind the longer laces, I use them to make a runner's lock. With that and the boot construction the shoe feels ultra secure. I wouldn't use them for any sort of running or even longer walks, the heel is just too stiff for that.
Epic, love hearing this! Yeah, TPU is TPU. Better than the Metcons, but still not great for running if you're a heel striker. I always mentally note to bias a forefoot strike when training in these.
@@thatfitfriend After 2 more workouts, the F-Lite are really growing on me for strength training. I feel super stable and locked in, the fit is great for me, and the heel doesn't bother me as much. 10/10 would buy them again.
Minimal content on this shoe but this video was very helpful with my decision to ultimately pick up a pair and there was no surprises after watching this. Much appreciated! The only thing I would mention, for me personally I wear a 12 very comfortably in the 235 V3 but actually had to size up to a 12.5 in this shoe for length (my foot width is average I would say).
@@gluegungymnerd max does, f lite is less noticeable and it can vary a ton due to it being a little more forgiving. If you’re thinking about em, I’d give a try and see, tbh!
Hey Jake, I found out that the Reebok Nano X4 Adventure was released in some countries. How bout your place? Please make a review video about it. Thank you
What are your thoughts on that new lebron tr1? Looks and just construction just seems to be a average hitt shoe in my opinion, only thing it got going is durability against the freexmetcon
Ehhh, it’s tough until I get to try them. I’m most interested in where they slot in with their current trainers. Do they have a niche performance angle or is just an “eh” model riding on Lebron’s name.
Hi Jake. How would you compare these when it comes to lateral stability, cushioning and sole flexibility vs CXT-2 and Savage 1? could you rank them from more to less in these criteria? thank you!
CXT-2, F-Lite Max, BP Savage1. All of them work great for this, imo, but if we're talking pure stability and a "locked down" feeling that's how I'd rank em. BP Savage 1 has more flexibility and play and the other two run a little more rigid regarding their materials.
@@MatOnMotors different intents This model has a denser midsole and a more rigid upper to support lifting/CrossFit. It’s basically replacing the G 300! F Fly is lighter weight and softer
Is saying "this shoe" an attempt at a catchphrase or something? When you are holding up a shoe, you don't need to constantly say "this shoe". It is implied.
@@thatfitfriend It's like listening to someone who says like, like all the time. I'm guessing you write out your scripts before shooting, do a control + find + all for "this shoe" and I'll bet you say it more than 20 times per video.

Another banger. Good work Jake! These look like another solid option. But I will continue holding out for the 380 update.
Thank you for checking out the video 🫡🤝
@@thatfitfriend what is your favorite 2 shoes for Hiit, some treadmill running but mainly kettlebell, deadlifts,etc...
Inov-8 and Reebok are my go to cross trainers. I alternate them on gym days. Thanks for the review Jake!
Ayyy, solid lineup right there! Thank you for checking it out
Mine are arriving Friday, very keen to feel this tpu in real life.
@@stef7321 let me know! If you’ve worn the metcon, it likely won’t feel as jarring but you def notice it at times

Heck yeah, stoked it helped and thank you for sharing!
Jake - you mentioned on the F-lites that those who hate arch support should stay away from them. Does the F-Lite Max have the same arch support issue?

Interesting heel tpu. Hpw does it compare to go rucks?
Lighter weight and feel more "athletic" on the feet when cross-training
when is the while on earth review dropping?
Soon. Filmed and in editing. It's not super positive, LOL

Hi would you recommend for me?
6.4ft 15.9st I struggle on balance & I need better support my knees for lounges etc
Are they good for cardio crossfit ?
Go F-Lite for that ask!
How does it compare to the F Fly?
