I used to hike 3x a week and do Hot pilates until I was in a car accident and sustained fatal injuries. I broke/mangled my right leg/ankle/foot. I spent a year in a wheelchair! Caroline, you are helping me get back to feeling "normal". I still can't walk yet but I can do your workout videos (I started with the easy ones). I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my foot, which is to say the very least a bit of a bore. It has prevented my from undertaking my usual form of exercise of brisk walking (usually 6 miles a day). I've had to avoiding walking due to pain and also concern that I will do permanent damage to my joints if I continue to walk. The result has been steady weight gain due to lack of exercise and feeling frustrated and depressed about it. I am so pleased therefore that I have come across your page. I have been doing this particular video workout twice a day and It's just the right level for me. I get a burn, a few endorphins kick in and I get a sense of achievement that I have been lacking the past few months. Thank you very much indeed.

Can I say how much I appreciate all the foot injury videos you have made. I broke my ankle in October and your videos kept me going through my healing. My physio was so suprised by how fit I still was after I removed my walking boot. Last week, I have started the "couch to 5k" program to slowly ease myself back into running, which has me running 3x a week, but I still come back to your exercises because they're excellent for doing non-leg exercises (arms and abs), so I don't just train my legs. Thank you for all these great exercises and for being such a joyful person! The upbeat vibe of your videos really helped keeping me in the mood when I was annoyed at my pain.

I found you in 2019 after surgery on my left heel. No running for 1 year. I sprained my right ankle at work like 3 weeks ago and I’m still not fully recovered but I have the green light to start exercising. Once again you’re brining me back to life. Thanks again Caroline for all you do.

Me the same! I am 10 days ankle post operation and not allowed to put any weight on my foot in 2 more weeks. Normally I do all type of outdoor and indoor sports like 6/week and now I am happy with these workouts! Usually doing 60 sec work/10 sec rest and its being really tough sometimes, I love that feeling

I had surgery on my ankle in 2018 and used this video for workouts. Now it’s 2024 and my ankle is a little sore after twisting it yesterday, and I’m doing these workouts again. Thanks Car9line!
Thank you soooo much!! It has been 6 days since I twisted my ankle and I haven't worked out. Now I did and it feels amazing! I am a volleyball player and I normally have 5 trainings a week, but obviously I can't go becouse of my ankle injury. I really miss volleyball, but recovery is the most inportant right now. I love your compassion! I'm the only fit person in my family so my mother and sister don't understand my pain at not being able to run. You totally understand. Thankyou so much. I rolled my ankle while running back in January, and thankfully discovered your channel then. By now my ankle is pretty much recovered, but I still do your "hurt-foot" and other videos 3-4 times a week at least. Since my injury, I've changed my workout routine from heavy running/cardio to now alternating between floor barre and yoga. I love the way I feel and the results I've been seeing. Thank you, I was very frustrated after 4 months without weight bearing on my foot - especially when the podiatrist would not hear me when I told him the boot was not helping my foot and was harming my knee and hip. Paid cash for a better podiatrist who had a better plan of action, started your Hurt Foot program, and am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel getting brighter.

i had just started to working out at home bc i was getting to used to laying around due to our “quarantine life”. I was a week in of being consistent than i went out for groceries & I sprained my ankle :/ I was soo mad & have been a little down that my workout goals would be on pause for the next 4 weeks. Dear Caroline, thank you so much for your workouts and perhaps even more than those for your huge positivity. I sprained my ankle twelve days ago with some partly ruptured ligaments and it just made me feel truly desperate and low since I'm quite a serious athlete and have been robbed of the opportunity to participate in national champs, European team cup etc., such as the possibility to perform entry standard for world championship. The fact that I cannot train hard makes me really unhappy and your videos help me to at least stay in shape and let my body recover for another challenges to come. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

I am on the home stretch of recovery from a car accident almost 10 years ago where I had a compound fracture to my ankle and talus navicular joint which had evolved into arthritis. I was walking bone on bone. On August 18, 2020 I finally got my right foot amputated after years of going to different orthopedic doctors trying to find a solution to the excruciating pain I had been and every single day I went to work on my feet. Now I am one week away from getting my prosthetic limb but it has been incredible to keep fit regardless of having a foot or not so thank you!was SO grateful when I saw “Footless Fitness,” a smile came to my face and my heart! Sweet! I am footless and I’m just tryna stay FIT!! :) thanks again!

I have just found your page today. I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis for almost a year and a half. Running is my exercise of choice but have struggled to do even a mile. You are amazing and just what I needed. I stubbed and fractured my toe and was feeling really bad. I was jogging 6 miles and doing HIIT workouts which I really needed for mental health and was down that I would lose all my Gains physically and not have an outlet. Hi Caroline! I just wanted to say how grateful I am that you made these videos. I am a competitive swimmer who loves to run, SCUBA, and overall be active. Last year around this time I had foot surgery and felt like I couldn't do any of the things I used to love until it was healed. I could feel myself getting weaker, but I didn't know what to do about it. This year I had the same surgery on the other foot and was nervous for the coming months. Thank you so much for these. I fractured my foot a week and a half ago and the recovery/healing is moving so slow and feels really discouraging. I enjoy the gym and working out, mostly bc I like to eat too. Lol. But really, not being able to work out has been difficult for me and I worry about loosing muscle and don't want to gain weight so these have helped so much.

I had sprained both my ankles a month ago and it still hadn't healed, the doctors told me that it wouldn't heal until I loose weight and I thought it was just not possible to workout without putting pressure on my ankle, but thanks to you now I can workout without putting pressure on my ankle and take a step towards loosing weight.
Thank so much! Posterior tibial tendonitis has stolen running from me a year ago... it had improved a lot but I just had a flare-up and now it is also making walking and cycling difficult. Hiking is my big passion and I really want to stay fit whilst also healing. Exercise makes me feel good and happy, I really don't know how to cope without. Thank you so much! This is just what I needed. I had hand surgery 12 weeks ago for the CMC joint and I had a plantar plate tear and tailors bunion surgery 8 weeks ago. I’m super active and put both surgeries off for over a year. Your encouragement has been beneficial to my recoveries! I am feeling better and stronger each week.
So I broke my foot nearly 4 months ago and about 3 months ago I was given the clear to start running. Ha! Not really there yet but been focusing on exercise routines on my feet to try to get back into shape, so haven’t done this work out for a while. Did it yesterday and oh my word what a god send! Exercised muscles that other workouts don’t get to and so needed to keep one strong! Definitely a keeper even when all up and running!Thanks so much Caroline!

Turns out that I have accessory navicular which is an extra bone in my foot that's causing tendonitis in my right foot and ankle and I also have tendonitis in one of my toes on my left foot. I'm so glad I found these videos so that I can still work out while I give my feet time to heal and in the future whenever they just aren't feeling too good.
Hello, Caroline! The other day I fell from my bike and my right foot is kind of sprained so cannot really walk. I usually have a very active life so it's so frustrating and mood-killing not being able to go to the gym, ride my bike and have my normal life! Just bought your Hurt Foot program. I have 3 metatarsal stress fractures and a fractured ankle on the other leg. I am used to dancing 35 hours a week and have been struggling with healing for 5 1/2 months and still in a boot on both sides because of doctor misdiagnosis and mismanagement. I've been feeling like I will never dance competitively again. You have given me hope and also hoping you will whip me back into shape with your program.

I sprained my ankle and fractured my 5th metatarsal. Prior to my injury, I played tennis and walked every day! These videos have been fantastic. I’m staying in shape and my upper body is getting STRONG! Your positivity is great!!

Well...i have an older fractured abkle injury. So I thought I'd try this workout while currently Ihave a neck injury from a car accident. While my neck didn't allow me to do all of the exercises fully I completely enjoyed this. And sending healing prayer to the injured spots made me tear up because yes we are healing. 3 weeks ago I injured my ankle during basketball. Im a person who enjoys team sports & outdoor activities so it was really difficult to pause. Oh wow - I hesitate to say I completed this workout because I had to stop and rest several times. But, it has given me a goal - I WILL complete this full workout at some point. My boot is off, but still recovering from a broken foot bone as well as I strained it not just on the front of the ankle, but the side too (I walked and fell right into a ditch, looking at Christmas light, of all things)! But, it's all a process and it gives me a good starting point. Thank you for doing this video, a great workout, and it babies my hurt foot. Caroline, you have a great personality and spirit too!!

I broke my foot about a month ago and I’ve gained weight so I was getting very depressed. I have just started these videos and only done two days worth but already I am starting to feel better. I only hope I can get back in shape from being in pain and unable to walk.

I had surgery on my ankle in 2018 and used this video for workouts. Now it’s 2024 and my ankle is a little sore after twisting it yesterday, and I’m doing these workouts again. Thanks Car9line!
Thank you soooo much!! It has been 6 days since I twisted my ankle and I haven't worked out. Now I did and it feels amazing! I am a volleyball player and I normally have 5 trainings a week, but obviously I can't go becouse of my ankle injury. I really miss volleyball, but recovery is the most inportant right now. I love your compassion! I'm the only fit person in my family so my mother and sister don't understand my pain at not being able to run. You totally understand. Thankyou so much. This vid really worked all the muscles that I used to work while running. During the prayer Russian twists I was grimacing at the workload and I LOVE a good exercise grimace. I rolled my ankle while running back in January, and thankfully discovered your channel then. By now my ankle is pretty much recovered, but I still do your "hurt-foot" and other videos 3-4 times a week at least. Since my injury, I've changed my workout routine from heavy running/cardio to now alternating between floor barre and yoga. I love the way I feel and the results I've been seeing.

Thank you, I was very frustrated after 4 months without weight bearing on my foot - especially when the podiatrist would not hear me when I told him the boot was not helping my foot and was harming my knee and hip. Paid cash for a better podiatrist who had a better plan of action, started your Hurt Foot program, and am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel getting brighter.

Given that I already have some general age-related bone loss this was FANTASTIC and unexpected news. I am 100% certain that your UA-cam exercise videos have helped me to HEAL QUICKER than expected. i had just started to working out at home bc i was getting to used to laying around due to our “quarantine life”. I was a week in of being consistent than i went out for groceries & I sprained my ankle :/ I was soo mad & have been a little down that my workout goals would be on pause for the next 4 weeks. Dear Caroline, thank you so much for your workouts and perhaps even more than those for your huge positivity. I sprained my ankle twelve days ago with some partly ruptured ligaments and it just made me feel truly desperate and low since I'm quite a serious athlete and have been robbed of the opportunity to participate in national champs, European team cup etc., such as the possibility to perform entry standard for world championship. The fact that I cannot train hard makes me really unhappy and your videos help me to at least stay in shape and let my body recover for another challenges to come. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
Really like the “dancery” side oblique exercise (about at 12:00). Can tell I’m getting stronger as I can almost stay up with you through the entire workout! Thanks for all the positive feedback! I have a Lisfranc injury which also will take a long time to heal. You are helping me keep my sanity!😀

I am on the home stretch of recovery from a car accident almost 10 years ago where I had a compound fracture to my ankle and talus navicular joint which had evolved into arthritis. I was walking bone on bone. On August 18, 2020 I finally got my right foot amputated after years of going to different orthopedic doctors trying to find a solution to the excruciating pain I had been and every single day I went to work on my feet. Now I am one week away from getting my prosthetic limb but it has been incredible to keep fit regardless of having a foot or not so thank you!was SO grateful when I saw “Footless Fitness,” a smile came to my face and my heart! Sweet! I am footless and I’m just tryna stay FIT!! :) thanks again!

I have just found your page today. I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis for almost a year and a half. Running is my exercise of choice but have struggled to do even a mile. I’ve tried everything to heal it and am very discouraged but your workout for injury rather than just a low impact option (as is normally offered) and your words of encouragement for the feet made my day! You are amazing and just what I needed. I stubbed and fractured my toe and was feeling really bad. I was jogging 6 miles and doing HIIT workouts which I really needed for mental health and was down that I would lose all my Gains physically and not have an outlet. Not only do I like your workout video I tried but your words were so supportive and making me feel positive. So great to find someone who cares and will help me through this time!!!

Hi Caroline! I just wanted to say how grateful I am that you made these videos. I am a competitive swimmer who loves to run, SCUBA, and overall be active. Last year around this time I had foot surgery and felt like I couldn't do any of the things I used to love until it was healed. I could feel myself getting weaker, but I didn't know what to do about it. This year I had the same surgery on the other foot and was nervous for the coming months. Thank you so much for these. I fractured my foot a week and a half ago and the recovery/healing is moving so slow and feels really discouraging. I enjoy the gym and working out, mostly bc I like to eat too. Lol. But really, not being able to work out has been difficult for me and I worry about loosing muscle and don't want to gain weight so these have helped so much.
That’s why I work out!!!! Hahah I broke my foot and will be out of the gym for 10 weeks. I was devastated

Hi Caroline, I am so glad I got to know about your channel. I had sprained both my ankles a month ago and it still hadn't healed, the doctors told me that it wouldn't heal until I loose weight and I thought it was just not possible to workout without putting pressure on my ankle, but thanks to you now I can workout without putting pressure on my ankle and take a step towards loosing weight.
Thank so much! Posterior tibial tendonitis has stolen running from me a year ago... it had improved a lot but I just had a flare-up and now it is also making walking and cycling difficult. Hiking is my big passion and I really want to stay fit whilst also healing. Exercise makes me feel good and happy, I really don't know how to cope without. Thank you so much! This is just what I needed. I had hand surgery 12 weeks ago for the CMC joint and I had a plantar plate tear and tailors bunion surgery 8 weeks ago. I’m super active and put both surgeries off for over a year. Your encouragement has been beneficial to my recoveries! I am feeling better and stronger each week.
So I broke my foot nearly 4 months ago and about 3 months ago I was given the clear to start running. Ha! Not really there yet but been focusing on exercise routines on my feet to try to get back into shape, so haven’t done this work out for a while. Did it yesterday and oh my word what a god send! Exercised muscles that other workouts don’t get to and so needed to keep one strong! Definitely a keeper even when all up and running!Thanks so much Caroline!

Turns out that I have accessory navicular which is an extra bone in my foot that's causing tendonitis in my right foot and ankle and I also have tendonitis in one of my toes on my left foot. I'm so glad I found these videos so that I can still work out while I give my feet time to heal and in the future whenever they just aren't feeling too good.
Hello, Caroline! The other day I fell from my bike and my right foot is kind of sprained so cannot really walk. I usually have a very active life so it's so frustrating and mood-killing not being able to go to the gym, ride my bike and have my normal life! Just bought your Hurt Foot program. I have 3 metatarsal stress fractures and a fractured ankle on the other leg. I am used to dancing 35 hours a week and have been struggling with healing for 5 1/2 months and still in a boot on both sides because of doctor misdiagnosis and mismanagement. I've been feeling like I will never dance competitively again. You have given me hope and also hoping you will whip me back into shape with your program.
This is my second year getting a reconstructive foot surgery. I’m sixteen and super active and I’m a varsity dancer. These videos have been so helpful getting me through three months of no walking! thank you so much :)

I sprained my ankle and fractured my 5th metatarsal. Prior to my injury, I played tennis and walked every day! These videos have been fantastic. I’m staying in shape and my upper body is getting STRONG! Your positivity is great!!

Well...i have an older fractured abkle injury. So I thought I'd try this workout while currently Ihave a neck injury from a car accident. While my neck didn't allow me to do all of the exercises fully I completely enjoyed this. And sending healing prayer to the injured spots made me tear up because yes we are healing. 3 weeks ago I injured my ankle during basketball. Im a person who enjoys team sports & outdoor activities so it was really difficult to pause. The gym gives me no motivation but I really enjoy these workout videos. The positive energy and creative ways to stay fit are really helpful during the healing process. Oh wow - I hesitate to say I completed this workout because I had to stop and rest several times. But, it has given me a goal - I WILL complete this full workout at some point. My boot is off, but still recovering from a broken foot bone as well as I strained it not just on the front of the ankle, but the side too (I walked and fell right into a ditch, looking at Christmas light, of all things)! But, it's all a process and it gives me a good starting point. Thank you for doing this video, a great workout, and it babies my hurt foot. Caroline, you have a great personality and spirit too!!

I broke my foot about a month ago and I’ve gained weight so I was getting very depressed. I have just started these videos and only done two days worth but already I am starting to feel better. I only hope I can get back in shape from being in pain and unable to walk.
