Mam, എങ്ങനെ നന്ദി പറയണം എന്നറിയില്ല. 43 days ഞാൻ face ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഇഷ്യൂ ആണ് mam എനിക്ക് solve ചെയ്തു തന്നത്.. സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ കണ്ണ് നിറയുന്നു സന്തോഷം കൊണ്ട്... ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ വച്ചു തന്നെ baby ക്ക് ഗ്യാസ് പോകാത്ത ഇഷ്യൂ ഉണ്ടാരുന്നു. എനിക്കാണേൽ proper ആയി ഇത് കളയാനും അറിയില്ല. വീട്ടിൽ വന്നിട്ടും പ്രശ്നം കൂടുതൽ ആയി, vomiting ആയി. മൂക്കിൽ കൂടെ ഒക്കെ വന്നു. 2 തവണ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പോയി.എന്നിട്ടും ഗ്യാസ് പോകുന്നതിനു വലിയ മാറ്റം കണ്ടില്ല. എനിക്കാണേൽ ഭയങ്കര പേടി ആയി. ഭ്രാന്ത് പിടിക്കുന്ന പോലെ ഒക്കെ തോന്നി.. ഉറക്കം പോലും ഇല്ലാതെ കുഞ്ഞിന് കാവൽ ഇരിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി ഞാൻ.. വല്ലാത്തൊരു മാനസികാവസ്ഥ.. 5 വർഷം കാത്തിരുന്നു ഉണ്ടായ കുഞ്ഞാണ്... മൂക്കിൽ കൂടെ ഒക്കെ വന്നു കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ടെൻഷൻ അടിച്ചു വല്ലാതെ.. യൂട്യൂബ് il ഞാൻ ഇതെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള ഒരു 100 വീഡിയോസ് എങ്കിലും കണ്ടു. പക്ഷെ ഒന്നും workout ആയില്ല. അവസാനം, ഞാൻ mam ന്റെ വീഡിയോ യാദൃശ്ചികം ആയി കാണാൻ ഇടയായി. ദൈവാനുഗ്രഹം.. 🙏 അതിനു ശേഷം,ഞാൻ ആ method തന്നെ നോക്കി. 8 ടൈംസ് ഞാൻ അതിനു ശേഷം ഫീഡ് ചെയ്തു. അത്രയും തവണ പെട്ടന്ന് തന്നെ ഗ്യാസ് പോയി. കുഞ്ഞ് നന്നായി ഉറങ്ങുന്നത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ സമാധാനം,സന്തോഷം എല്ലാം തോന്നി....

അറിയാം we all went through this phase once 😀.. don't move the baby immediately after feeding..it will block the gas.. that's making it difficult to burp..imagine the gas position then let your hand work in coordination with it..all the best.

Cough is a normal reflex to remove the obstruction in the airway. It prevents chocking, so it's never a problem. Learn to burp, give tummy time and tummy massage

If baby is in pain then you must definitely see the doctor..else watch for some more time and how frequently this happen..if it's occasional no problem... continuous vomiting needs to be consulted.

Yes it's hard if baby don't sleep..Nayana.. it's really tiering...try feeding while walking and slowly and gradually put him to bed with out stopping breast feeding.. continue till he goes to a deep sleep.. let's see if this works or not.
Usually it takes a bit of practice to move your hands in coordination with the gas movement..if you change your baby's position before trying this method sometimes it's become hard to move the gas..and also if the baby Latching properly and following the pattern of feeding with ease and there are chances baby not taking any gas..so watch for her cry and other discomfort..if not then the baby might not require to relieve gas that time.. can be a possibility... other method combine this with normal burping, tummy time, left side position while lying down with head elevation..etc.
Mostly it's normal and nothing to worry... but it's okay to check with your doctor if you find it unusual like any weight loss and less urine out put..and also in case you find it all of a sudden like it wasn't from the beginning.
It's not the sound matters..some times gas moves without any sound, make sure the baby is not taken much gas during feeds, if taken then it's better to relieve the gas, you can try Hose method even the baby is sleeping or else gently lif the baby halfway in same direction and keep the head end elevated to relieve gas if not able burp while sleeping

Pls consult with your paediatrician. Burping is not necessary for a one year old baby. Make sure you are not overfeeding.
