Rigsby is making a virgo/virgin joke. About 99% of men - including him - aren't actually interested in astrology.
It's amazing that this show still makes me laugh after nearly half a century- Also, Megan's reaction is a joy because it's so honest. 👍
The comic timing, line delivery and facial expressions in this show is what makes it great, fantastic acting
Hahaha Megan, your cringing look while Rigsby was chatting up Miss Jones was priceless ! Keep them coming !👍
😂 will do!
Marjorie Proops was an agony aunt in The Daily Mirror.
You didn't get the double entendre about him being a Virgo?
You can't compliment a person's personality until you know them. Likewise their achievements.
Desmond? 😂... such a brilliant episode!
Yay, love the Rising Damp reactions. :) Yep, Frances De La Tour was committed to a theatre production during the filming of Series 2, so Miss Jones was written out of it, and Brenda brought in to replace her. Frances returned as Miss Jones for Series 3 + 4 though.
It was so good to have her back!
@@stevencarr4002 Oh, it was! Not that the episodes with Brenda weren't also hilarious, because they absolutely were, but the combination of Frances and Leonard as Miss Jones and Rigsby was just something special. Series 3 is probably the pinnacle of the show. which is saying something, as the other ones were amazing too! 😊
I love Brenda, she’s so different from Ruth, and would be interested in how she got on with Leonard
Hence the short haircut, which Rigsby alludes to early in the episode. I believe she was in "As You Like It" playing Rosalind, who disguises herself as a male shepherd.
“You’ve nothing to worry about if his name is Desmond”. And his name is Rupert Rigsby! Now I’m off to learn the guitar and maths.
Hi Megan👋 Gabrielle Rose who played Brenda is not British she is from Kamloops in Canada. She is now 69 and still acting.
That’s amazing!
Good morning Megan, how are you? I love your reactions towards Rising Damp here, which was my favourite show ever! Have a beautiful weekend & Happy Saturday! 😎👋💂♂️🇬🇧
Thanks Falcom! Happy Saturday! 😊
Rigsby doesn't want anyone to be happy.
Another great reaction keep I’m coming . Didn’t know the fact about virgos I couldn’t even kill a conversation
Poetry is all in the delivery Megan. Imagine a guy who plays guitar, is good at Maths AND recites poetry 😅
Rigsby stooping low is the comedy part.
Hello Megan. Hope you are well. TRIVIA: Gay Rose, who plays "Brenda," is infact Canadian Megan. From British Columbia.
That’s so cool! Thanks for sharing :)
You write poems? That's cool! As for maths, that's my worst subject! Great reaction again Megan!🙂🙂🙂
I do! Thank you 😊
I'm sure the right poetry would move you, Megan. Who could resist such odes as:
"She offered her honour.
He honoured her offer
And all night long...
... he was 'honour' and 'offer'."
Keep um coming,
Brilliant Megan !!!!
Thanks John! 😊
You can’t go wrong with older British sitcoms. No swearing although some of the values and behaviour is somewhat outdated thank god. We can learn from it though
I dont think ive seen much of this show I'll have to watch more thanks for another amazing reaction
You should! Thanks for watching :)
@@MeganRuth your always welcome
I play the didgeridoo, 2+2 =5
16:50 It's peculiar. You can quickly lose the comedy thread and start taking it literally and relate it to real life. Very odd. Please lighten up.
It's not odd I love how she does that in her videos she's super funny to
