Ep 2 - Engine Problems: My 1st Endurance Race
Вставка
- Опубліковано 1 чер 2023
- In the last episode, we ended on a major cliff hangar after discovering I was losing 1.8 seconds per lap during Saturday's practice. It turned out to be a fault with the engine, so it turns out my driving wasn't too bad after all! Now, the race begins (part 2)! I travelled to Canada to compete in my first 8 hour IRL endurance race thanks to Apex V2R and their GT86 race car. Our start was pretty much perfect, but as many endurance do, things started taking a turn for the worse... But don't worry, there is plenty more action to come in part 3!
Turn on NOTIFICATIONS for part 3!!!
My 1st Endurance Race Series
(Part 1): • Ep 1 - Virtual to Real...
(Part 3): • Ep 3 - BRAKE FAILURE: ...

The black BMW was pissing me off even though I'm not driving
This is the first time someone has pinned my comment
@@arminetorabyan2010yeah that's what happens when u comment on dead channels
HERE IT ISSSSSSS second episode! 🤩🤩
bruh 22k views and 37 comments in 5 months??!
I cannot understate how criminally underrated your channel is
This is more exciting than Formula 1. Thanks man.
These kinds of vids are awesome man! Really gives some insight on rookie endurance racing.
Great Video Cameron!
I was in the grey RX-7 FB, being in a GT3 class i was letting everyone pass by, there's really no point to be that guy, but it's also true that the black bmw has some sort of reputation for unnecessary sketchy move.
Please upload more content, helping Lucky Dog Racing Canada grow, best fun out there!
I think p2,p3 were closing on you in the river bank at the beginning because when u went on the river bank u moved the water away for a moment clearing the water for them so that their tyres gripped better with less water compared to you while u took all the water 👍
First ur the Lewis Hamilton of youtube
Sheeesh I’ve been waiting for the 2nd ep for so long nice❤❤
Great content I really enjoyed the series definitely a subscriber 🔥
Yes another brilliant vid🤩🤩
Great video! Black BMW forgot he wasn’t still in the sim lobby lol
Great video 👌
@8:20 - the black BRZ is stock suspension, yes. They say that it's more reliable.
nummi racing runs an 86.
Sport Cup86 also runs an 86. (The black one w wing)
Endurance racing is very different from sprints in pace, in tire management, in equipment empathy etc etc
I think nummi won this race luckily because the real legends of endurance racing in Canada, Mantis 944 had an unlucky spin w 30 mins left in race.
Camber. Caster. Kingpin. Toe. Corner weights. Roll rates. Wet weight. Roll centres. Spring rates. Damper curves. Tire compounds. Driver ego in check. Race strategy for 8 hours. race pacing for 8 hours. Karma. Positive energy. Mastery. Experience. Coaches. Kaizen. Etc etc etc. all play into a TEAM capturing a win. there is no I in endurance motorsports. Probably why that Mantis 944 is so dominant - team strength and masterful experience.
Super cool video. Can’t wait to see the next!
Fellow LDRC driver here... Don't forget that, we GT3 class drivers don't want to race against you! We want you to go past us while costing US the LEAST time possible. We've got our own race to run. You can expect me to point you by if you're GT1 class and I'm GT3 class, for example. Believe me, I'll know the difference between your car and my car. If you're running at Calabogie in 3 weeks on June 24th, look for the white and grey 2003 Civic EP3.
Ya that’s fair, and I agree in most cases. In the case of that BMW though, he defended on multiple occasions even 4 or 5 hours into the race. Clearly that’s just costing both of us time for no reason 🤷♂️
How can I get into racing ? I’m interested in taking racing serious but I’m not sure how, I just indoor go kart a lot at the moment
Where is this located in Canada?
Between Ottowa and Toronto
Where's episode 3? 😬
How do you get into this?
MONEY
Please do something with the closed captions - either don't do them baked-in so people can turn it off or go over them again after your captioner finishes - so many times the CC has not much to do with what you're saying. E.g.: state instead of stint at the start of the race.
I do check them manually, but I guess I missed some! Noted!
Part 3?
7:38 I’m guessing that was a lapped BMW? But yeah pretty reckless from that guy, typical BMW Driver
Cam how do I start karting
Get money
Start karting
You just do it
plenty of places that rent, hop in and go.
Try and find an arrive and drive league.
The car is moving so much in the corners because of ur steering the car will move much with this weight
I think you should replace the thumbnail its not very appealing
