  • Another easy job. I had all the necessary tools so cost was an afternoon and a parts. Great experience. My wheel alignment was off and I would promote everyone's to check it in professional shop after the job. i have new tires at the front and bad alignment my wear out them much faster.
stay safe and check your own job twice!

Hello, great video. Why did you have to replace them in the first place? Did you have play in the steering?

Yes, and the rubber bushing was broken on one and they usually go as a pair. I still have a whole steering rack to replace and shock absorbers at the front. So that job was just a fix for a smaller issue with the front wheels.
      Thanks for watching :)

Hi.. why is the control bar in the way? I can't screw in the inner tie bar because I don't have straight access..

yes, new Tie rods are really stiff and its hard to move them in their socket (Thumbnail, on the right side, so when they spin, the rods makes circular shape, like a cone). When i was trying to turn it, swing bar was in the way. I even damaged the thread slightly and installation was more problematic than it should. So make sure it spins freely and goes easly into the rack.
