Badass. What type of barrel you running for this build for sustained fire in hypothetical and is the lower an FFL or you got an FRT installed?
@@Chapel-nn3hb it's a DPMS 18" SASS barrel I bought used several years ago and never did anything with. It has a GreyMarketResearch CNC steel SuperSafety in it.
I like it! Former grunt here, I love belt feds, but automatic rifles slap hard too - otherwise why keep using them?. We just started getting M27's when I was getting out. I was skeptical at first, but turns out they were pretty fcking legit.

@@apricotcharms4126 Basically, yeah. It has a heavy barrel for sustained fire, plus the improved buffer and gas tube. They get toasty pretty fast, but that's why you're not supposed to just open up at the cyclic rate for these little buggers. Same goes for RPK's and anything else with a fixed barrel. It's meant to bridge the gap between machine guns and rifles. You see?
Did you need to modify bolt for 308?
@@juanmoas if the tail of the bolt measures 2.2" , no modification is needed.
How'd you get a SS to work with a ar10 bolt?
