I always top my bike off when the fuel light comes on. Bonus; You will never run out of fuel doing it that way.

This is a demo bike, the dealer hadn’t put much fuel in

Great bikes. Got 52k miles on mine and it still runs like Timex. And mine's taking a lot of lickin's.

Makes change as you see 2016 models with only 2 or 3k , I have Thruxton 1200 with 53k
Is yours 1200 ? had any problems ? only issue with mine at moment , clutch grabs hold and lurch bike forward pulling away slowly (ok if you pull away briskly) and issue after hot restart , wouldn't idle or run well at low throttle plus loads of popping on deceleration . Changed plugs, plug caps , coils , cleaned throttle bodies , did valve clearances , someone on here said run some injector cleaner through , tried it and it seems to have worked
