- So...It's day two of our trip to Marquette and we start it off with a ride on "Doctors". As usual, we have a couple mishaps that almost land us at the trails namesake. 😅 I think this trail is my favorite out of all the ones we rode at Marquette. Anyway, enjoy the video. 😀👍

Like Cory I rode the entire Marquette trail system with a sprained ankle for an entire week, just slapped some athletic tape down to keep it stable and kept ripping!
Haha, we've both done that too. 😅 I messed up my left ankle from that though. It now hurts whenever I lower my left heel on the pedals. Gotta keep my foot a little further forward on the left pedal to avoid over extending it now. But it is what it is. Still gonna keep riding. 😁

Thanks man. Yeah, would have made for an awesome vid but her camera was full and her mic was off. We also walked too many of the features to make a full fledged video on that trail. Hehe. Fun times.

This was the 6th of 7 stages of the Marquette Enduro I rode (I'm pretty sure it's the one that was last Saturday you mentioned) and it was also the first time I rode the trail. I was lucky to save my crashes but the next 3 people to finish behind me crashed down the last feature there. I guess I get how it got it's name. Good video!

Cory you need to watch the movie The Cutting Edge. In there the guy comes from a hockey back ground and he can't get past the toe pick on figure skates.
Every time I hear you talk about your front break I think 'Toe Pick" watch the movie and it'll make sense

Sorry broski. I'm not available to ride this weekend. I think counter clockwise is better on the Winn Loop though. Have fun out there. If you ever see us on the trails though, don't be shy. 😁👍

What is the difference riding counter clockwise, or clockwise
@@asher2473 Most of the features seem to have been built with the CCW direction in mind. Then, they slapped on some features for the descents on CW days afterwards. I don't know this as a fact. I just always felt like that was the case.

@@dukeofmtb My wife from LA Union so she gets a kick out of your videos too but on a serious note I tried to teach her how to ski big mistake when I got her a lesson from somebody else she learned very quickly the same principle could go with your wife and mountain biking My wife also mountain bikes too she has a Santa Cruz Hi tower
She takes her focus off the trail constantly
