    I love this one. Especially those side scissors and pulses right into the butt burner. 🔥I do enjoy your older workouts. I find they have more traditional barre and Pilates exercises and they give a more intense burn. 😊 thanks Gabby!!

    Another amazing workout!! I cannot believe how much my body has changed since doing your workouts. I always thought I had to kill myself doing HIIT (which I really don’t enjoy) to get the sort of body I want, but these workouts have been a game changer!! I enjoy them 10x more and the results have been much more visible. Thank you for making these available! 💜💜

The reason I’m so passionate about barre and Pilates is because like so many people my knees are not good (after year of dancing professionally) and these workouts help me feel strong in my own body and empowered so I’m happy it’s being received the same way!     Just found your channel and doing your workouts everyday! Way better than long hours in a gym! Could you make longer workouts like of one hour? That would be even more powerful. Anyway, thanks for making these videos!

    I love ❤ your work outs are all this for lossing weight if how much do you think you would lose and how long it would take to get it or is this just for muscle building

      These workouts will aim to aid fat loss and build muscle. I can't see you so can't give my professional opinion or advice but I would aim for 4 classes per week. If it doesn't feel right don't do it and if you think 4 is too many start with 2 or 3 a week. But as I said I can't see you so that's just a suggestion. xx

    I love how enthusiastic you are! You're "let's get straight into it" at the start properly made me giggle and feel so happy to get started 😄 Abs was amazing but that scissor legs on the booty section, that was a tricky one! Have a super weekend Xxx

      I was just saying to Sara above I wasn't sure on the scissor exercise but I think it went ok, I didn't wanna hurt peoples backs if It went wrong for anyone. Glad I make you smile in todays workout I vividly remember saying something about imagine your in the victorian era 😂😂😂 my mind wanders in the pain 😂 See you soon xxx

    Great workout, but damn it is annoying listening to the music and the voice at the same volume. Needs balanced better, or just don't talk continuously. Got really bad around minute 18
