I’ve been on hard drugs and can see how it ruin your gains and makes u look iIl and the hard earned weight starts coming off weekly few pounds a week what 6 months ur down 20lbs.
Don’t get me wrong having a beer at weekend at some party drugs
Have discipline and it will less and less craving
