He's coming from sport-etude baseball program which I liked a lot for him to sharpen his hand-eye coordination & train hard every day...now he is 100% mma and have guys like Tom as role model.

Aspinall has a shorter average fight time he's never had a match in the UFC go past round 2. In fact you can watch every fight he's had in the UFC in less than 5 mins. Also pavlovich was literally destroying everyone including Curtis blades and Aspinall with a year off came back and smoked him easy.

Calcifies your pineal gland and binds with aluminum in your brain. Distilled water is your best bet. I cannot recommend enough cutting out peanut butter completely. I was addicted to it for around 10 years, convincing myself it is not a moldy, toxic, omega 6 filled garbage full of antinutrients. Same goes for almond butters and nuts in general. If you are looking for fats, go for organic chocolate/cacao/coconut oil. Love you Tom. Congrats on retiring Jon Jones.
