Can relate to coming back to training with a different mentality, knowing that will never be where I was pre injuries. Seeing you come back like this is better than your physical prime years, especially with the inclusion of a spiritual path with faith in Christ. God bless you, brother.

@@calumvonmoger Hey Calum amazing to see you back mate. Just a thought in regards to helping with pain during lifting. Why not do a pyramid style training plan similar to Kris Gethins DTP, 4 exercises per session, 1 superset of 50,40,30,20,10 and then switch both exercises and go back up 10,20,30,40,50. I always find the first 50 reps of each exercise acts as a warm up and promotes fluid in the joints etc. p.s good luck with the stem cell treatment

The pain will get better. I had a motorcycle wreck 7 years ago. I broke my back in 3 placed both legs and a thumb it took a while and I had to change my training style and now I a built and ripped at 54. You got this brother. Scott

I’ve got a good few injuries from working out over 17 years, especially my knees. Find it hard and squat anything good anymore, but we keep moving and adapting.

Proud of you bro❤️ been here since i was 15 and I’ll be 22 next year. I don’t even lift anymore cause my setbacks I’ve had a lot also. Im getting back into the gym soon though just got to afford food.

Hopefully the pain Will go away with time. For instance I had a minor operation on my back and forehead to remove cancerous cells. All went well but it took a solid year for my areas not to feel numb and sometimes random needle like pains. Keep it up. Nerves take a while to heal.
