protip: if you play a competitive game with these people, lose on purpose. it won't be too fun but they will suddenly become very happy, and when you think they're happy enough just use a small portion of your power to defeat them.
in my case I have one very egoistic cousin, so if I lose on purpose and then he starts being annoying and telling me I'm trash I just delete him for a few rounds to make him calm down...
Doesn't work. Whether I let them win (which I don't) or they win on their own, I get accused of letting win and they still cry.

Its hard to get into a game when someone does the easiest strategy to win ever, tilts me so much. But you find a way around it and beat them a few times, then they don't wanna play anymore. So its better to play with people more committed to the game, or more casual with the game no in-between. But you kick a casual's ass too much they gonna get tired of it too. So the only options is to face good players, but if you only lose you get depressed. Which is why the lab is essential between rounds. If they lose, and get tilted, tell them to take it to the lab and watch some videos.
