I just sent in a set to have ported. Love the set of your cylinders on my other bike. Can't wait to see how much harder the MX/max trail port im having done on these cylinders compares to the standard trail port you did on my other bike. Excellent work.
Love the banshee work! Alot of good info from you! I'm building a 521 at home. Was wondering what happened to that 10mil engine build video you had started on here? Is the motor already done? I think it was the barn find bike. Would like to see a 10 mil assembly video, 521 if possible, but mainly just for methods on building them to not blow up, clearences on crank piston to wall etc etc. Is it the same as oem build tolerances? Deff would be a great video. Thanks man!!!
I'm going to start on this today just for you. I have a 521 build going together right now. Sorry some video on builds never gets completed as customers get impatient. I finish the build and never get all the video captured.
@@herrjugsracing7816 yeah I hear that. I Was debating on starting a channel just for banshee stuff. But after I do something I'm like damn...i should've recorded that. My 521 bottom is already together. But I'm just a dude at home with some knowledge. First ever stroker so someone needs to get info out there about building strikers at home, like when we rebuild them and use our crank again. All the tolerances compared to oem. Different tolerances or specs for different fuel types if they burn hotter? Alky bikes run cool so should that piston have less clearences then a gas run bike? Your the man and I've followed you since I I found your channel.
@@herrjugsracing7816 I bought my 521 super wampus, complete running motor, dude said it was fresh but it wasnt. Intake sides of pistons had a flat spot from intake bridge. Chipped nikasil. So I ripped her right down. Also the pistons port windows didn't match the center of intake port. Piston looked offset. Is that a normal thing? Soooooo looking forward to the vid man. Deff appreciate all the info you give!!!
i have chinese cylinders and also niche brand cylinders i been using on bikes pistons are straight garbage i use wiseco with them and use vortex with no problems yes i cleaned them up but i had a few that leaked on me inbetween the 2 cylinders directly in the middle had 2 sets that did that amd never figures the problems sprayed the copper sealant on them and no luck ended up just reusing oem on them but more mainly i have them to practice on to port them i bought set of templates to port them but still doesnt teach me the facts of why they are ported that way i want to learn if you do (this u get that) out of it. if u get what i mean. idk maybe one day i get sombody to teach me and give me lessons. your work looks nice and your confident about how they come out thats how i want to be.🙏🏼💪🏼👌
Niche are Chinese cylinders branded with the Niche name. On the ones that leak check that they are exactly the same deck height left to right cylinder. Then try Permatex Ultra Copper silicone to seal the head.
Welcome, my friend, how are you? I want to know the boards for the Yamaha Banshee, Strokker, 4mli crank, and Piston Wisco, how much are the antique and Kazuzt boards?

@@dennisbrooks186 the pistons never line up perfectly. It is not an issue.
What brand and what vendor do you get the knock offs from?
eBay has tons of them.

make a assebel video amd a before and after porting video pleas
I noticed that you don't use or put boyseen ports in your cylinders?
I do not.
Nice videos
Thanks
Love it !!!
Are the genuine barrels that hard to come by or expensive in the U.S? I don’t know how you guys can run cheap chinese parts on such a great bike.
Some people need a cheap alternative. They aren't as good as the originals but once ported pull the same HP numbers and drag times.
Where do you get the bits that you use?
Google carbide cutters
How much this cost
It changes so check the website or contact me directly. www.herrjugsracing.com
Can I send you my banshee cylinders for port
Yes
