I could sit and listen to this for hours. Mike and Tommy are in Nashville for one reason, they are great musicians. Mikes brother does a great job on bass and singing as well. And the fiddle player is tops as well. I will agree that both of these men are on top of the list when it comes to playing steel guitar. Seeing them live is a real treat.

Yep, Mark is an awesome singer! But the show was about two awesome steel players so sorry i didn't mention Mark. Mark also did all the vocals on Mike's CD and kills "Another Bridge To Burn"!!

Great saw Tommy with Vince Gill in March at the O2 in London what a privilege. I agree about the singer Mark he is very good but what can you say about Tommy and Mike that has not been said Wow

Absolutely, He has his own version of a song, But in my opinion, He surpasses the pedal steel players of today, And could hang with any that has passed.

My steel and other steels ive owned can be so temperamental when playing outside.
Just an opinion and it still remains that way for me! Also, to make a statement that MJ, PF and TW are one in the same is also an opinion! Three totally diferrent styles of playin! Never met Paul Franklin so i can't comment on him other than he is one of the best ever. I have met TW and MJ and both are the nicest players i have met. Love PF's playin though! TW is a close friend and will always be #1!!
