Acabamos de assistir, Alexandre e eu. Gostamos demais. Seve me passou uma expressão de profunda calma e toda a troca de vocês me deixou com um sorriso leve, com uma sensação de estar caminhando...Muito obrigada Erlend!
Such a great topic! I’ve been down the minimalist track for a few years myself and it always feels like I’m taking 2 steps forward and one step back. It’s naive to think that you can listen to a podcast (or many in my case) and think “oh that’s nice, I agree with that, let’s implement it” because there is so much stimulus out there that’s saying and leading you to do otherwise, that you actually need a daily reminder. Anyway, love the content 💕 can’t wait to see what’s next!
Thanks a lot! And I absolutely agree with you that there are such powerful forces pulling us away from a simpler lifestyle. When I first discovered minimalism I went all in until realising that I had even turned the minimalist lifestyle into a consumerist dream in the sense that I though I would only feel happy and fulfilled once I had gotten rid of all my stuff and lived in a mini house. No I see minimalism much more like a tool than the end goal, but I’m still trying to figure out the balance 😊
