Have you fixed the ARC cutters yet?

The 300 would be a great one to upgrade. A standard bit driver and scissors would be great, even if it’s a bit bigger

I use one of those for about 13 years. On regular basis. Pretty heavy for EDC, but it's my main choice for real work.

the ST300 is the original workhorse, i upgraded from a leatherman Core a couple years ago, and love it without a doubt.

The Supertool 300 was my first Leatherman that I purchased, replacing my mini-tool that I happened to find in my first house when I was fixing it up. I saved up my money (which was very limited at the time) and purchased the Supertool 300 when it first came out. Although I don’t carry it as much today, the Supertool 300 has helped me out many of times while “on the line”. I’ve never questioned the quality of my tool during times where I needed it the most. The only tool that could ever replace my ST300 is if Leatherman ever makes a Supertool 400.

I just received a new super tool 300 from the warranty department to replace my old super tool that had a bent tool on it and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the tool and also with the Leatherman warranty! I make sure to tell everyone how good Leatherman‘s warranty is because they are still upholding the standard that is not seen very often these days.

Hey leatherman. Why is the saw and file so thin? I barely put pressure on the file on my supertool that i had just bought not even a month ago. And it snapped off.

Don't let the leatherman wire cutters break. They don't have spare parts!!!! Those from leatherman Spain say to buy them on the internet because they do not supply them and everything in this style. They sent me the charge to repair it without the clip for the super tool 300, it does not have spare parts because I will never buy a leatherman in my life, I will go with Victorinox, at least they don't leave you lying around like a cigarette butt, let everyone know. You buy it and then you manage as best you can if something goes wrong.

Unfortunately, Leatherman has lost my business for now. I’m having major issues with a warranty right now and that is one of the major factors I looked at when purchasing your tools. I own 12 Leatherman tools and it looks like that’s it for me. No new purchases for the foreseeable future. I’m going back to my original Super Tool because it harkens back to a time when working tools were made for working people. Truly a sad time right now. Hopefully my confidence can be restored in some way.

It’s very unfortunate to see this comment because I have been a long supporter of the Leatherman brand, and I have a titanium tool that needs replacement because it snapped. I have always sworn by Leatherman and I have promoted it left and right to all of my coworkers.
I paid the hefty price for the multitool, and I didn’t have an issue with it at the time because I figured the warranty would cover it.
I’m going to give it a shot to try to fix it through the warranty, but my hopes are definitely not high after seeing your comment.

@@andr364692 good luck. Maybe you have a better experience than me. It’s been over a month. I was supposed to get a bond to replace my broken PST. They shipped my unit out fairly quickly considering it was around the holidays. However, they messed up the address and it was delivered to some other lucky person. They couldn’t give me a reason why the address was changed on their end. The address was correct on my warranty claim form. I’ve spoken with customer service on four separate occasions and still no confirmation that it’s going to be rectified. Every time I’ve spoken with someone different and they have no clue what’s going on.

    That is my favorite multitool
Fantastic having those long implements especially with still being able to scoop out which one you want while wearing gloves.
All while having that sweet throwback look of the OG PST.
