At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth , investing remains a priority . I learnt from my last year's experience , I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time .

Indeed, currently I'm managing my finances wisely and being frugal. I always indulge a financial guide before investing. In the last 19 months, my investments grew by 43%, adding over $550K in profits. I used their strategies to minimize risks and maximize profits because their entire philosophy is centered around using a high-profit oriented blueprint while simultaneously going long and short, as well as reducing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends.

Michel! I’m a relatively silent subscriber but I just HAD to comment today. Small story time - but in 2010 I dropped out of my undergrad in environmental sciences in university in Canada. I was doing great in my classes but just had absolutely no desire to complete the degree as I felt like I was just wasting time and my parent’s hard earned money. I called my mom in the Caribbean sobbing. I told her I just simply couldn’t do it anymore and it was so difficult for me to disappoint them - but I knew my calling was in something else. I had ZERO experience, but I just passionately loved food. I told her I wanted to go to culinary school and I worked in a local fine dining restaurant for 6 months just in order to apply for school. Shortly after, I attended the culinary institute of America at Greystone. I remember freaking out in orientation - everyone had so much more experience than me, I felt so insecure and as though I would always be the last in class. But I made it into the school, and I knew I had to give it my best - even if it felt as though I’d had a disadvantage. Within the first week, I was at the top of the class. I graduated with distinctions and awards. Fast forward to today - I run my own one table private dining restaurant back home on my little island and have found so much success. All this to say - imposter syndrome is a real thing - but don’t let it mess with your head. Im so proud of you for pursuing your dream of attending culinary school and although it WILL be a challenge - it will be a fruitful one. All the best to you and everyone here in this circle of "friends". May we all be brave enough to take a leap of faith!

Go for your dream, Michel! I went back to school and got my degree in my late 30s. It wasn’t easy and was intimidating looking around that almost all my class mates were 18-22 year olds. But I did it…and was valedictorian of my class. Ladies, always keep growing and pursuing your dreams!

I mean this really nicely BUT you start with wanting to be more chilled then list loads of goals. Sign up for school then 'go with the flow' until you start. Life has changed. You have a lovely home and soon to be lovely husband. If date night happens it does. If date night is just a picnic on the beach with a sandwich it is. Reset and breath. Xxxx

There is nothing weird or late about going to school in your 20s. You are literally a baby!!! Do what you want. That said - your goals are heavy I hope they are setting yourself up to win and not fail. Initiating something once a week seems like a lot. Ultimately have fun!! I feel like your goal should be to just enjoy your first year of marriage and not be so hard on yourself. ❤

Great video, I really hope you aren’t taking on way too much in the first year of being a new home owner. As you’ve mentioned your home has many expensive fixes. Taking all that into consideration along with 2 classes of poetry per week, and now going back to school. That a lot on your plate, not to mention hosting friends every week too. I’m a bit concerned with your health if you keep all that as goals in the first year, including an amazing husband. Take care of your health first, is all I’m saying. I don’t want you getting sick. Many hugs, lots of Love. Not intended to be negative, just speaking from my heart.

Ok! Mother of 5 on second marriage. We do date night at home! We put the kids down we either get food or make food just for us & we either game or watch a movie & we talk. We intentionally talk about not the kids! I suggest doing this for a healthy relationship & money saving! I cannot wait to see more from you! I am happy to support any sponsored content. I won’t buy it but I’ll watch it! ❤ I already spend enough on seed lol 😂 I would love, love, love to see you do a series on food! Use that degree! Teach people how to build a plate, how to eat our, how to eat at a super market when you don’t want to cook much, how to cook when you want to go full chef mode. It’s ok for you to do whatever you want with kids. I suggest not sharing their name & stop sharing their face after 2 because they start to loose baby face & get their own features.

Content ideas!!!: Sharing more gluten free recipes while we follow you from shopping to prepping to cooking and presentation (since you’re such a big foodie 😉) maybe even on a night you’re hosting friends! Hopefully if you decide to do culinary school it would fuel that passion! You could do a series of DIY projects/styling your new home. A different form of content could be montages of experiencing life (restaurants, the beach, walks, etc.) and letting us take it all in with some voiceovers instead of feeling like you have to fill the void with your physical presence. It would still help us the audience connect with you whether it be sharing your unfiltered thoughts or structured topic (gratitude, peace, marriage, etc.)❤

Very smart move to pay down your mortgage quicker. I am a loan officer and always tell my borrowers if they can add any extra money a month to their mortgage payment, it will help. I will say though just making a 13th payment each year as opposed to just the 12 months, helps as well. So happy to hear you want to go back to school for your culinary degree, that is one of the reasons I started watching you.

God knows the desires of our heart. He has a plan and boy howdy you may think your going to fail, but he has your back!!! Your path is similiar to mine, although I will be 60 in two months. I cried all the way down the isle during the ceremony at my first wedding ceremony. They had to stop the ceremony, but with all of the people in from out of town and people invested in the wedding/marriage I did not have the strength to put a stop to it. I finally saw the light that all was not my fault and God had a different plan for my heart and life. Thank you God, no children were involved. Through Divorce Care, Therapy, and a great group of friends, I had support. God spoke to me about chaning my career, go back to school, become a teacher. I trusted him and did so. Right after I started school started, I met my husband I did not count on and changed my life for the better. I helped him raise his three children am now a Special Education Elementary School Teacher in Texas for the last 8 years.

A year and a half later of consistent 4 days a week and I can lift 50 lbs and feel much more confident in my body’s abilities for day to day life. I still slip out of socket sometimes but it’s greatly reduced!! Go for it, just go SLOW. ❤

Michel, I also have Hypermobility EDS and prioritizing strength training is the best thing you can do at this stage. When you increase muscle size, your ligaments and tendons also increase in size to support them, which is what you need to protect your joints. The safest form of strength training is Reformer Pilates. It’s easier to injure yourself with free weights when you are hypermobile.

I started school again at 29 with 19-20 yo in my class - it was hard to have that structure again, but so worth it for my New life. I feel much more align with my values and personal goals.
I went from supply chain engineer to Crossfit coach.

We paid extra on our mortgage every month too and paid our mortgage off in half the time getting rid of so much interest. Further education is ALWAYS a great idea.

Do it before you have kids, then you’ll have even less time. Hope you follow your dreams. Cooking content you can review your favorite stops, make simple dishes, make fun baking content. Once you have kids you can make fun healthy meals that kids will eat . There’s so many directions you could take your culinary dream. Wishing you find a school that fits your needs. Good luck!
