Hello from Russia 12:03 Денежка 1852 года, a simple copper coin, although the condition is not bad. I collect coins of the USSR and the Russian Empire, there are a lot of interesting things, but in such bags with a full set of small things from all countries, there is rarely something good. But I wish you good luck in your search and come visit if you are interested in seeing new Russian banknotes and coins.
1255 Ottoman, would be 1855. I love world coins, especially British Empire. I used to buy them by the poind and reward my third grade students with them. Sinister of me to just give them something to get curious about. I used to have a hollow squirting nickel. Kids are fascinated by coin tricks etc.
I know this is a bit old of a video but I might as well ask: how are you able to get unsearched pounds of coins because I have a feeling that most dealers would go through it to cherry pick coins that look like silver or of an older age? Just thought I’d ask because I’m trying to get into world coins and expand horizons.
3:59 looks like a Nova Constellatio piece from the 1780s. They were minted in Birmingham, but circulated in New York before the first mint opened in Philadelphia. Definitely in rough condition, but still a great piece of history. It does look similar to the radiant sun design on Argentine coins, but the obverse here is the All Seeing Eye. 14:06 is another post-colonial copper from Connecticut from about the same time as the Nova Constellatio. I guess whoever you bought this from broke apart a collection from a collector of colonial coppers.
because my hobby is carving coins, I learn a lot and look at the types of coins. but I think your coins are more beautiful than other Chanels. congratulations my friend.
I’ve ordered these in the past in ten pound lots. Loads of fun to search. Some I make into pins. Others I bury in the park for the metal detector enthusiasts. I watch from my kitchen as they find the oddest coins from the 1920s. Maybe this place used to hold an international handstand contest for rich kids with baggy loose pants. What else could explain it?????

This is what I love about your channel, when you go through these world coins, oh that one coin was a KING GEORGE THE FOURTH PENNY, AND THE OTHER WAS I BELIEVE YOU WERE RIGHT ARGENTINA, OR COLOMBIA BUT SOUTH AMERICA!!! GARYBAILEY
Nice assortment of old and new world coinage. 10:44 "24 einen Thaler/ FR" is a Groschen from the Kingdom of Prussia, minted in 1786 which was the year when King Frederic the Great passed away.
Your cast-offs I would happily purchase. I am building a world coin collection going for two coins from every coin-issuing country between 1890 to the present even if the country no longer exists so far I have found 220 coins to put in my binder. I do not know where you purchase your coin lots or by the pound lots but I would love to purchase a few pounds for myself. Great video enjoyed watching you hunt them.

I have several random world coins with rounded/bumpy edges that feel like they weigh almost nothing (e.g., Bhutan 10 chetrums, Israeli 1 agora). Also some regular round coins that seem to be made of the same ultra lightweight stuff (e.g., 1974 Nicaraguan 10 5 centavos). I saw at least one similar coin in your lot. Any idea what metal those are made of?
the coin at 2:56 is from george II of england, looks like a farthing to me but depending on the diameter it could be a halfpenny. seems to be from between 1729-1739 but i could be wrong the one at 8:01 is from george III, halfpenny 1806-1807 i believe
Ethiopian coin is real money that has king Haileselassie bust; we no longer use this coin since dictator government thrown the king's dynasty. Thank you I came across by accident to your video.

That Nova Constellatio is a nice coin, worth around $50. Not sure how much the whole lot costed but there's definitely some nicer copper in there.
Sweet Connecticut Copper. So many varieties, would have to spend time to get a proper ID

The 1892 2 fillér is kind of a low mintage year, but the 50 fillér is worth nothing. (Okay, well not nothing, but not much.

That 2c piece hurt lol
You often see them abused though.
At 1:11 you show a token you aren't familiar with. Could this be a token with the language written in Esperanto?
Possibly!
@@TreasureTownCoinsI am quite certain that is a religious phrase in Latin.
At 1:32 you said "1932 half-penny token". It was an 1832 half-penny token.
Thanks!

Cheap coins. A couple little better. He seems to know as much about World Coins as I do about Pokemon.
I agree, but sometimes if the prize is right...?
