30 to 34 days swing in your period is not irregular, that's normal. Use ovulation strips which test your FSH hormone spike... And start charting your cycles! Over time, you will get a sense for when your possible ovulation day is by the spike in your temperature.

Healthy eating alone will not do it. That is part of the process but it's not the only thing you need to do.
