Let’s be clear about something, the thought of taking two flights in Morroco, then missing one and having to them sort out a hotel and a train, with changes, would make many people who don’t have generalised anxiety disorder sweat, but you did it. I had to pick my husband up from the airport a few nights ago, and it was dark and snowing, and the roads were slushy. I couldn’t even make out the lines on the road. I was so scared. And I just thought of you and this solo trip of yours, and it gave me strength. I can do things that scare me. You can do things that scare you. We aren’t going to be perfect, and it isn’t going to be easy, but we can do it. And each time we do things that scare us, we get a little stronger. I travel solo all the time and love it... but there are days where it just feels too much and I am not sure I'm capable. I can't imagine how much harder it was for you... you should be super proud that you DID that!! It's okay to never want to do that again, but hopefully if you ever had to, somewhere in the back of your brain will be a tiny voice reminding you that you've done it before. So glad you're back together again and can get through everything as a team!

Solo travel definitely helped me with my anxiety but I haven't done any form of travelling since before Covid and now I feel like I've taken 10 steps back and the thought of doing it again on my own fills me with dread. So proud of you.
The world is waiting for you! When it’s safe and possible for you to do so, get back out there. You’ve done it before and can do it again. Covid throws some wrenches into plans, but it’s nothing you can’t conquer!

I just read tonight that morocco is stopping all international flights and ferries because of covid developments, so guys please check out how it unfolds because i remember a campervan guy - something surfing van travel ? - who got stranded there last time they closed down. Now all over europe there are starting severe restrictions because of the new omnicron covid version, but we are still hoping to travel down to spain in jan next year and hop over to morocco, so any updates would be good for us and maybe some of your other followers.

As someone with a panic disorder and severe anxiety, airplane travel is its own special circle of hell. Im so so proud of you for getting through it, and being able to push through the discomfort. That is absolutely a step forward even though it may not feel like it at the moment

My loves, there's an app you can download that will translate what you as you say it. You should already have this on your phone by now babe. It works less when people speak with thick accents but it will help you get understood at least even if the app can't understand them cause accent is hypothetically too thick sometimes Also try to drink water when you're having problems breathing, the O2 in the water helps

Amy, you are so much braver than you give yourself credit for. You didn’t take baby steps in you trip, you leaped boulders. You had two connections to manage, booked and navigated to/from a hotel, and made it to your destination all by yourself. That’s hard for many people. As someone with a panic disorder and severe anxiety, airplane travel is its own special circle of hell. Im so so proud of you for getting through it, and being able to push through the discomfort. That is absolutely a step forward even though it may not feel like it at the moment

Aimee you kicked butt at solo travel! I know it was uncomfortable, but you got through it and got to where you needed to be like a champ. So excited to see what you both get up to in the future! Also, try not to be so hard on yourself about feeling anxious. Anxiety levels being high doesn’t mean you failed and it doesn’t mean you will always feel that way.

My loves, there's an app you can download that will translate what you as you say it. You should already have this on your phone by now babe. It works less when people speak with thick accents but it will help you get understood at least even if the app can't understand them cause accent is hypothetically too thick sometimes
Also try to drink water when you're having problems breathing, the O2 in the water helps
