7N0 Gateways have longer can message and can properly put into sleep your media. Only 1K0 cannot do that due shorter can message. Used 7K0 gateway costs like 15 bucks + 5-10 bucks to recode a new gateway.
Yes, they sell a canbus adapter for this problem. However I recommend upgrading the "CAN Gateway module" to the least one. it the same cost and you get better features for your car and no battery drain.

So I need your method or the CAN gateway module but don't know which is the right one. + my radio looks the same as yours but doesn't have android auto while I have a Samsung smartphone 😒
2 things, 1. You need to look up your VW car model and find out what's the latest CAN-BUS you can use with it. Usually if you're vw has an option from the factory for an Original VW RCD510 Radio then there's hope. Another way to say it is is if the car ONLY made with VW RCD310 Radio (the black and white radio) then probably there isn't a modern CAN-BUS adaptor for it. However is there is any other variation from your car or a year old newer model that come from the factory with RCD510 or RNS510 original radio, then you need to find the same CAN-BUS adaptor they. (Side note: technically you can update the CAN-BUS adaptor with to the newest model with a software update. But usually it's easier to buy the new one, because it's very difficult to update the software and it's gone can only be done at Volkswagen. Plus a new CAN-BUS adaptor usually cost 30$ and it's very easy to swap) 2. This Chinese radio RCD330 has many variations some with Android Auto some without. some with Apple CarPlay some without. you need to look before shopping.

I have many 12v fuse slots but they are always on. It does not turn off when the car goes off...
Was befindet sich an der Stelle links? Da wo die 10 Amper Sicherung war?
also es war leer. Deshalb habe ich sicherheitshalber 15 Ampere eingebaut.

I don't know. But it does. For example the Bluetooth settings or or any other settings that you have saved. doesn't change

so when you dont have the camera, having a can bus pluged in the adapter is going to solve the probleme on battery draining ?

Just find the fuse for the radio and remove it. And plug your multimeter in parallel where the fuse was
