I discovered him more or less by accident while scrolling through instagram. I ordered the helmets and some other stuff and it's just spectacular. And I totally agree with what you said - the fact that you wouldn't even notice that it's not lego (like some of those excessive 360 degrees leg prints) is what really sets this apart from some of the other 3rd party sellers.
2:07 I'd reverse the 1×2 tiles for that banner for a more even checkerboard look. So from left to right, top to bottom have it black ,blue, blue, black. So there's a blue tile over the black print and a black tile over the blue half of that 1×3 "shield" tile.
@@Goldfyre Another thing you can try which will slim down the thickness of your tapestry and make it look more realistic, would be replacing the plate that's holding all the pieces together with two 2×2 round plates with rounded bottoms (part number 2654 "Boat Stud") in either black or blue. Could also use the modified 1×2 plate with two clips (part no. 60470 "Horizontal grip") in black or blue or two 1×1 modified plates with clip (part no. 61252 "Horizontal Grip") in black and blue to match, at the top of your tapestry and clip it to a horizontal bar to resemble a properly hung tapestry. For even more added realism, you can get your tapestry to "wave" in the wind with three simple pieces, the 1×4H antenna (part no. 3957), Technic ½ pin with stud (part no. 4274 without friction ridges), and 1×1 brick with Technic hole (part no. 6541). Attach the antenna to the stud on the ½ pin, put that pin the brick with hole, clip your tapestry to the now horizontally positioned antenna, and you've got a dangling tapestry that will sway when air is blown on it or when the MOC is jostled.
@@Eidolon1andOnly if you really want to slim down the banner, just add SNOT bricks to whatever wall you're putting it on. 1 tile thick is as thin as it'll get lol
@ourtoyworld & @brickingupbrad have some really great pirates videos! I'm super tempted to get into pirates but it's probably best for my wallet if I don't 😂
These look awesome! I'll definitely be trying to get some of these for my army! Lovering the videos your putting out, this has quickly become my favorite lego UA-cam channel, keep up the great work!!
Usually i don’t like sponsored vids, but this is something different! The parts are quality and made with love for lego. Too bad you couldn’t give us a discount coupon, would have been a nice christmas present for the community
Your army building series inspired me to create my own army. A Kingdom of the Dwarves and i really enjoy how it look so far. Love your work and thx for great wideos.
I just bought 4 items about 90 minutes ago. The viking shields sold out so quickly so I'm glad that I had the release date in my calendar. I found Cult Bricks through this video, and I am glad I did, with how hard it is to find variation in viking shields.
Thanks for showing them. The silver trim helm is just great. While buying from cult bricks would be unviable, I'll grab some helms and tiles and try painting/ decaling them.
Cultbricks is so awesome! Ive ordered a few of the rounded black falcon shields. They are so so so beautifull! My qaurd has them. I wish he restocks the new blue ones with spikes. I also have the tiles. He delivers very fast and the price is fair for the work. I have to order some parts for my village. Cultbricks is the best! There is also something you would like to see. Its a lego window with a medieval paint on. Not from cultbricks but i think you would love it!
Brick Warriors has stained glass window inserts. Currently has Black Falcons, Lion Knights, and the Dragon Knights from "Kingdoms". Victor says he will be adding the "Kingdoms" Lion knights to the assortment, as well.
Just to be clear UV isn’t necessarily lower quality as it highly depends on who makes it. You also can’t print in as many colors with pad printing which is why some companies use UV and pad printing.
I wonder if he could sell sticker to print conversion kits for sets. Ill bet if he sold a package including a print version of every sticker in the upcoming medieval market village, alot of people would buy it
Quick Question! Whenever you get a set, do you keep all the minifig parts in a sorted area and custom build your minifigs? Also, are there any cheap, medieval sets that you recommend?
I also think it looks better when its more in Lego style it just doesn’t fit when its more realistic. Early brickmania was more Legoized then the new stuff same with some brickarms.
Yeah i imagine those would end up being way more expensive due to the fact that they aren't on PAB. Hopefully LEGO brings them back into production soon
Checked it out something is off unless I didn't get the order right it showed I met the price having to get more than 4 items showes I've meet the order then at the same time it says the price and order doesn't match I hope to get these soon there what I need for my figures so badly
@Goldfyre I just looked again on what was wrong and it showed I had to have an order 25.00 or over for me to have my order or the shipping won't work my God the total amount is over 60 bucks for 5 or 6 items I guess there kinda worth it though?
The customs look great, but they are all out of stock. Apart from being a bit overpriced, having them for actual sale might help promote the product more than anything else >.
All of the stuff he sells is his own design. I'm not very familiar with aliexpress but i am assuming that people on there are knocking off him and other original creators/artists.
I know that custom prints are really popular in the US, and sure, lots of it looks nice. I can't help but ending up thinking it's cheating though. Going beyond the original product kind of takes away the limitations that feed my creativity. I understand that other's like customs, but not my forte.
Purist customs are my jam as well but i can't deny how much i love these. Searching on Bricklink for the perfect part is a big part of the joy i get from making customs.
I’m pretty sceptical about customs, but these are just beautiful! The prints on the viking helms especially 🔥🔥
I got to get some of those Viking helmets for my Viking king
The viking helmets are so beautiful! I was a big skeptic when it came to customs but the style of these are right up my alley.
Cult bricks is SOO good! I'm so excited to get more from him! Great review!
Thanks! His stuff is unbelievably clean

That's the same way i found out about his stuff! I totally agree about the 360 leg prints. It's just too much imo
Even thought this seems like a sponsored video respect especially for voicing a lot of folks at home thoughts. We need more designers like these
2:07 I'd reverse the 1×2 tiles for that banner for a more even checkerboard look. So from left to right, top to bottom have it black ,blue, blue, black. So there's a blue tile over the black print and a black tile over the blue half of that 1×3 "shield" tile.
Or simply reverse the two top tiles so the entire left half length is black and the entire right half length is blue from top to bottom.
Ooo, good idea. I'll try that out.

Honestly Cult Bricks is the only custom bricks store I like. Cool to see this vid!
Have you checked out Ktown Bricks? Their pad printed items are right up there, too. Lots of highly detailed UV prints, too.
Wow, These helmets really do look official! I love it!
No, thank you! It's nice to have a full medieval lego youtube channel available! Now if we could only have someone only do pirates!

This is brilliant. I'll definitely be ordering some of these. Amazing
If he would use the old shield designs from the 2005 Vikings sets it would be so cool.
Those are awesome and love to see the black ravens
Realy nice custom bits il keep an eye for the remake dragon shields
This has quickly become my favorite Lego channel. Keep up the good videos!

I like the Viking Helmets. I've got a Series Viking minifigure.
Funny thing is, you're kinds describing medieval normandy with them being the descendants of vikings.
I dont mind about the prices, quality is here and thats all about i care, might take few pieces for my black falcon and lion knights
Dang my youtube idol and inspiration is posting videos at the same time as me! Lol Seriously enjoy your videos man!
Thanks man, i love making these so i'm glad people out there enjoy watching em

hi man beautiful video keep going like thisssssss!
and what do you think abaut brick waqrriors?
Sad that there isn’t a black on silver print for the great helm. Would’ve been a good helmet to add to my black falcon army.
Ooooooh.. I neeeeeeed those.. 🤤

Absolutely BANGER products. Alas, they don't ship to Canada, so I cannot partake of their awesomeness. :(
I have a new favorite UA-camr 👍

Quick Question! Whenever you get a set, do you keep all the minifig parts in a sorted area and custom build your minifigs? Also, are there any cheap, medieval sets that you recommend?
I'm working on a moc that could really use some of these for the adventurers and whatnot.
For the black falcon chestplate you should not use the black falcon torso instead use a regular torso so you have an extra black falcon
This is the only way to have an epic lego castle army. It's understandable that it has that price yet it is a crude reality😥
I also think it looks better when its more in Lego style it just doesn’t fit when its more realistic. Early brickmania was more Legoized then the new stuff same with some brickarms.
I wish there were some of the black falcon printed items in pearl dark grey.
Yeah i imagine those would end up being way more expensive due to the fact that they aren't on PAB. Hopefully LEGO brings them back into production soon
Yeah I'm on the same page, I'd only be using these types of parts for specialty minifigures like kings and one off characters
They work great for specialty figs.
@@Goldfyre definitely helps distinguish them from normal castle folk
👍❤
Do you by any chance know, when they will restock the shields and helmets?
There should be a restock at the end of this month
Super cool stuff but can't afford $33 shipping for a few helmets. Most of these great custom printers are overseas from the U.S.
I plan on picking up a black helmet with the silver accent and the gold and silver Viking helmet for my Viking king
Nice!
Do you know if these are available in uk 🇬🇧
Yes, Cult Bricks ships to the UK.

Hello, do they restock? Because of now their are no viking helmets in stock sadly.
There should be another restock coming soon! You can sign up for email notifications on his site and it will let you know when a restock is happening.
