Loved your vlog! One thing I would add though is (as an American living in Europe for 13 years), I really want to scream to all other Americans that you do NOT need a car when you travel to Europe. There is public transport everywhere. It's not like the U.S. You get to see a place better when you stroll the streets and engage with local people instead of whizzing by in a car heaiding from one destination to another. (Even the trip that you both took up to Soller could have been done on a GORGEOUS train ride with an old wooden train that winds its way up the mountain. You get spectacular views without having to keep your eye on the road.
I think cost is one of the main things putting Americans off from traveling abroad, but if you take away the need for a car rental, there is a big savings already.

Thanks so much for watching! I agree that a car isn’t necessarily needed for most European countries. Though, I suggested it for Mallorca for those wanting to experience a lot in a shortish amount of time and for those smaller beaches and harder to reach places that may not have easy access by public transport. So cool you’ve lived in Europe for 13 years!!
