    These exercises may be good for the neck, but I would think that making all these faces would create wrinkles around the mouth. Are there any other type of exercises that wouldn’t create face wrinkles?

    Hi! Can these exercises make my platysma muscles grow and look larger? I lost weight due to covid and now my platysma look skinnier

    I'm confused. What if you want your platisma muscles to NOT be noticed? My neck skin is so saggy and you really notice the platisma cords. I hate it.

    Is it ok to lift your lips upturned instead of downturned?
