Thanks so much for your very clear explanations! Finally anatomy starts to click! If I can make a suggestion, I’d like to see a bigger pointer, as the little dot sometimes gets hidden, above all when watching the videos through a smart phone. Thanks!
I know Im randomly asking but does someone know a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly forgot the password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Tyler Darren thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
So, pectoralis major is the only muscle to insert on the lateral lip. The teres major and latissimus dorsi insert on the medial lip. For teres major, it's the "outside" of the medial lip. For lats, it's the inside of the medial lip (or the groove side). Some sources will say the lats insert on the floor of the intertubercular (bicipital) groove, but it's really the inside of the medial lip that faces the groove to be specific. 7:46 Doesn't the biceps brachi insert into the radial tubersoity?
Thank you 😇✝️🙏
Sir ,i think in latissimus dorsi origin from thoracic 7 to lumbar 5 but in this video it's wrote t6- t12 .
He's including the thoracolumbar fascia on the lumbar side. I do think it's t7 not t6 though.
my textbook says that latissimus dorsi inserts on the lateral lip of the intertubercular groove, not the medial lip as you say.
So, pectoralis major is the only muscle to insert on the lateral lip. The teres major and latissimus dorsi insert on the medial lip. For teres major, it's the "outside" of the medial lip.
