Lol... Yes, what he was describing about the credit cards is called manufactured spending. It's not illegal but highly frowned upon by the credit card companies. A lot of people do it to stack up on points and airline miles.

I had 17 inquiries I would like removed, 3 are from leasing companies for apartments I did not get, and 9 others are from 4 credit card companies that pulled my information twice each that I applied to months ago but just now showed up, I didn't get either card, My credit went from a 747 to a 611 in a matter of a week. I got referred to Creditbackdoors🎡com by few trusted clients and I can say they're the best because all the 12 inquiries got deleted and my score was raised to the 800's

A tradeline means that you are a authorized user of someone else's credit card. You don't have to have possession of the card, but their credit history will reflect on your credit report...a parent or family member with EXCELLENT credit can be a "tradeline" I graduated college with 97,000 in debt"...that right there is a Huge problem..schools have become a business that drain students of money and yet, no one is stepping in to help the students who then graduate with massive debt and have difficulty paying it off...Having that much debt can be overwhelming for ANYONE...Especially a young 20 something who hasn't even began their career. From someone who grew up in Stockton in those times he talking about, a lot of people don't make it out. Glad to see a fellow Stocktonian making a difference out here 💯
For those that may be lost with the CC, he is basically talking about manufactured spending which when you boil it down is you use your credit card to purchase say a Gift Card preferably Visa depending on the vendor it may go through and you use the visa gift card and go to Walmart or some other place that sells money orders and purchase it using the GC and you put that money order in the bank and use that to pay off the balance of your CC and just reap the rewards whether it be cashback or points or miles.
It’s all a mind set. Any liability can be turned to an asset. Man when I learned the difference between the due date and statement date on my credit card my whole world changed.
@@AnthonyJuly-93 ok so your due date is the day you have to pay you credit card. your statement date is the date when your statement will be sent. the statement date is usually a few days after your due date. this matters because 1). whatever your balance is on your statement date is, that is the balance you should pay by the next due date because that is the balance that is printed on the statement. if you pay this balance in full, you most likely will not have to pay interest depending on your credit card policy. 2). marcus talked a lot in the interview about hiding utilization. on the statement date ( the day your balance is printed on the statement for payment) the credit card also reports this balance to the credit bureau. its good to stay at least 30% below your credit limit, but you could max out the card as long as you pay the balance before the statement date (DO IT SO THAT THE PAYMENT CAN POST ON TIME) lets say you spend 500.00 but you post a payment of 350 before your statement date. the credit card is only going to report your balance as being 150 to the credit bureau. make sure to pay before your statement however because you only get credit for when the payment posts which can take a few days depending on how you paid.

I have hoodies that I have had for years that came from Walmart and Target and they still look the exact same. Yet... my saint Laurent hoody always felt fu funny and definitely looks different after coming from the cleaners...😅. I do have a Givenchy hoody that fits and feel great though...just like my hoodies from Target.

For those that may be lost with the CC, he is basically talking about manufactured spending which when you boil it down is you use your credit card to purchase say a Gift Card preferably Visa depending on the vendor it may go through and you use the visa gift card and go to Walmart or some other place that sells money orders and purchase it using the GC and you put that money order in the bank and use that to pay off the balance of your CC and just reap the rewards whether it be cashback or points or miles.
Waisted time revenue is king. This is a broke mans game and would only sound like sound advice to someone that’s broke

@@AnthonyJuly-93 ok so your due date is the day you have to pay you credit card. your statement date is the date when your statement will be sent. the statement date is usually a few days after your due date. this matters because 1). whatever your balance is on your statement date is, that is the balance you should pay by the next due date because that is the balance that is printed on the statement. if you pay this balance in full, you most likely will not have to pay interest depending on your credit card policy.
2). marcus talked a lot in the interview about hiding utilization. on the statement date ( the day your balance is printed on the statement for payment) the credit card also reports this balance to the credit bureau. its good to stay at least 30% below your credit limit, but you could max out the card as long as you pay the balance before the statement date (DO IT SO THAT THE PAYMENT CAN POST ON TIME) lets say you spend 500.00 but you post a payment of 350 before your statement date. the credit card is only going to report your balance as being 150 to the credit bureau. make sure to pay before your statement however because you only get credit for when the payment posts which can take a few days depending on how you paid.

Naaah G.....Designer clothes definitely does not "Feel" better. Lol...and some designer clothes are made of really cheap material. I have hoodies that I have had for years that came from Walmart and Target and they still look the exact same. Yet... my saint Laurent hoody always felt fu funny and definitely looks different after coming from the cleaners...😅. I do have a Givenchy hoody that fits and feel great though...just like my hoodies from Target.
