- On my last night in Xinjiang, I went to Hotan Night Market, one of Hotan’s most popular nighttime eating spots for locals and tourists alike. Of course, I ended up buying quite a lot of food! And of course, I ate it all. (And of course, I am now quite a bit heavier than I was before I went to Xinjiang)

As Chinese, I haven’t been to Xinjiang, but have eaten many Xinjiang food in Beijing. And every time I am back China, Xinjiang food is always in my food list, they’re really delicious. Watching your video makes me hungry and miss China， but thanks for sharing, Stu😂😭

The wonderful thing about the food is that there's hardly any factory food. Most of it is made at home or on the spot with meat fresh from the butchers and produce from market gardeners. Most western fast foods use processed meat from factories and factory pre-washed salads, etc. In Asia, even the chilli sauce is likely to be freshly made by the food vendor.

@@gliu1431 材料不一样，各地的羊都有不同的风味，之前吃宁夏的滩羊，一点膻味都没有，那是真的好吃
@@gliu1431 比西安？比不了，全国烤串新疆最好吃，内蒙古的比较膻。我喜欢吃北疆的，因为北疆的🐑是天山雪水灌溉的草，膻味不大，这个看个人爱好，有的人喜欢膻
