      I'm one year into my Airflare journey (practice 5 days a week, 90 minutes a day) - I just only got my first airflare. It's crazy difficult through this conventional method!

    I've always wanted to learn skills like this.. Having recently gotten a bit into calisthenics, I feel like I could eventually learn them with the strength I'm gaining. Great tutorial. You really break down all the parts and make it easier to understand. Looking forward to more.

    Incredible video Lucas. I would love to get this power move. And yes, I would absolutely love remakes of old breakdancing tutorial videos. I love pretty much all your videos, but the breakdancing tutorials are what brought me here in the first place.

    At age of 31 I have just started learning this move. It is a great tutorial. Very informative and detailed. That’s all I need and practice practice practice. Incredible how fast you learnt that move (1year). I’ll train so hard and hope for the best.

    Courage in the "throw"... that's the key.
    Developing courage through simple exercises.
    ...everyone and their grandfather knows the basic 1990, but having the courage to go from that into air flairs needs some development... and as before, you've hit on the development needed to gain that courage.
    Phenomenal tutorial.

    what's harder, normal gymnast flares or very vertical airflares..which is more physically demanding?

      Flares take more strength and energy but regular airflares take more technique. Vertical airflares are easier since it's more in a handstand position
