Sina, nach elf Monaten habe ich diese Q&A gefunden. Es tut mir Leid, aber ich habe seit lange her Deutsch nicht gesprochen und weil Sie Englisch sprechen, werde ich auf Englisch schreiben. I first saw you in videos with Jadyn Rylee. I've never paid a lot of attention to drums, or percussion instruments in general, but you really captured my imagination. Your drum work is subtle, intricate, nuanced. It doesn't just blare out. I would not have expected to like "Sounds of Silence" with drums (I grew up with the S&G original version), but I REALLY, TOTALLY loved it. Then I saw you in many other videos with Jadyn and continued to be impressed. Admittedly, so far I've only watched videos where you're with Jadyn, but I am quite certain that will change in the coming year. At new year, we look backwards as well as forwards, and as I said to Andrei, 2017 will go down in my memory for the amazing number of absolutely brilliant and (mostly) young musicians I've discovered playing real rock music the way it should be played.
You are certainly the most outstanding drummer I've heard, and fully deserve your place in the "virtual supergroup" that seems to be evolving around you.
I found you through Jadyn, after someone sent me a link to her first (solo) cover of "Nothing Else Matters", I was impressed and intrigued by her interpretation of the lyrics in supporting victims of bullying, and I started to explore her other covers and followed her on UA-cam. Then from you, it exploded!
You seem to be collaboration central, and all the pathways between rock musicians lead to you and from you!
I'm so pleased that the collaborations and covers will continue through 2018, and look forward very much to hearing more from your own band as well, and maybe some of you collaborators could perform on each other's originals as well. That would be amazing, and make the virtual supergroup a complete reality!
Covers are great for publicity and bringing more views and followers, but as you said, they don't directly earn you a whole lot, if anything.
So yes, one thing I really hope to see and hear is more original work from all of you, so that you can get the income you deserve from all of your hard work. Thank you for your part in making an old rocker truly hopeful for the future of rock music.
Sina, you are so down to earth. You are smart and so helpful to people who are interested in pursuing music . You care about other people and you deserve all the rewards from your hard work. Best of luck.
Sina and Milena, First of all again may I wish all of your family a very happy New Year. I love this question and answer video and it would be nice to post one of these every once in a while. Wow Chi Might 2 is fantastic news I certainly look forward to that. More drum covers and the great news that your youtube channel will continue. Also more collaborations is also great news. i will continue to support you on Patreon and I have purchased your bands album which is brilliant. I think 8 euros is a real bargain some subscribers have suggested to pay double the asking price for the album to help you all get a good head start I would be on board with that if you like the idea. I still don't know how you fit it all in but you do somehow.
I really enjoy watching your videos, and especially enjoy seeing the younger generations taking a real interest in classic rock!

Vielen Dank für die nette Fragerunde, da erfährt man interessante Hintergrundinfos. Als Zuschauer kann man die Riesenarbeit, die hinter den vielen Videos steht, nur erahnen.
Ihr habt ja eine ganze Menge Pläne für die Zukunft, das ist klasse! Auch die Bänd ist nicht übel - obwohl: Sina als Metal-Lady sieht im Moment noch etwas ungewohnt aus :-). Aber das ist doch gleich eine Idee für das nächste collaborator's cover: "Für Immer" von Doro & Warlock?
Auf Chi Might 2 bin ich jetzt schon gespannt. Auch auf die jungen Talente, die dabei mitwirken, aber jetzt noch im Verborgenen schlummern. Und ein absoluter Traum wäre es ja, wenn sich alle collaborators einmal bei einem gemeinsamen Live-Auftritt treffen könnten - das wäre DER Gig des Jahrzehnts! Ja, ja, die Kosten... es wird halt einfach Zeit, daß endlich mal jemand dem geheimen Finanzhai bescheid sagt ;-).
Ansonsten? Ich könnte mir Milena gut als Fernsehmoderatorin vorstellen - natürlich in einem Musikmagazin. Und es wäre mehr als verdient, wenn Eure original songs und full covers mal im Radio laufen würden.
Aber Hauptsache: laßt Euch nicht aufhalten... Wacken und RaR warten schließlich auf Euch! Go on!!

Discovering you in 2017 was one of the years highlights, it is rare for someone in their 50's to discover a new musical hero - but it's happened (and I'm' a guitarist - so you know the usual way we think about the drummer in a band). Love 'The Gas' they evoke memories of when I was a teen.
If you want to make money from your channel on ads have you thought of the traditional folk songs that have made it into popular consciousness: 'Whisky in the Jar' (Thin LIzzy), 'Maggie Mae' (Beatles), Crossroad Blues (Robert Johnson) etc) that no longer have copyright that you can do in your own style.
Anyway you also have great 2018 and I hope it includes a tour that comes to the UK

Ich muss das jetzt auf deutsch schreiben, damit es keiner versteht 😄 Dieses Video war jetzt schlecht für mich, denn mein Arzt hat mir zu viel Süßes verboten. Heißt: nur ein Sina UA-cam Video am Tag 😂. Aber hier bekomme ich gleich die dreifache Dosis (Sina + Milena + euer Hund - der ist ja echt der Hit! ❤️).
Natürlich fand ich es sehr informativ. Irgendwie schade, dass du kein Geld verdienen kannst mit deinen tollen Covern. Aber ich bin sicher, dass du eine große Zukunft hast. Es ist schön, dich/ euch "gefunden" zu haben!

Sina you Rock! Your Pop must be very Proud! Keep It Up. Follow your dream Kido, Its what makes life worth living. Dont take a backseat to anyone ither. Just because youre in the back behind the band doesnt mean you should ever take a backseat. You are the star of the show. Dont ever let anyone tell you otherwise. Dont ever stand for anyone saying "Shes JUST the Drummer" ...Again youre the star Kido! Dont you ever think otherwise. One more lil' piece of advice from one old musician that has spent many of late nights in bars, clubs, halls, partys, concerts, etc... to another musician who just joined a band and will be playing ALOT of shows in the future... Stay away from the Drink & Drugs trust me. Sooner or later it will be there, it will be "FREE" and there will be alot of it as time goes on. Trust me when I tell you stay away from the garbage its not worth it. It has destroyed many a great musician and before its over it will destroy many more. Its simply not worth it. It may seem like it at the time, when youre out there on the road, playing shows, the whole sex, drugs, and Rock & Roll Lifestyle with everyone telling you how great you are, groupies at your beck and call, offers of Free bar tabs and doing lines out back. Or a toke and smoke of this or that. Eventually a trip or 2 or a needle here and there but it will ALL take you down in the end. Just like it has soooo many and will soooo many more so just be smart. Do your thing. Play your music. Follow your dream but know when to walk away from things you dont need to be around and youll be Ok. No Worries. Just Keep Playing and Writing and following your dream. Cant wait til' You tour America Some day…

One of my favorite answers that she gave was her reply to "Who is your favorite drummer?" Very forthright and insightful. It's akin to people asking me/anyone who is your favorite ????? Depends on the mood, scenario etc at the time. If in a quiet or reflective mood, I can't expect anyone to agree to when they're in a more romantic or even a 'party' type mode. Not only talented ,but smart. Caps off to her dad being so supportive and inspirational. And thanks to all those that help her financially as well as giving support with a 'thumbs up'. It's always nice to know people appreciate what you do.

I like that you have a vision and a lot of things going on and not just relying on videos to make your revenue. Rare are people who actually think things through like this. I'm seeing another rising star in the making and I'm glad I'm part of the grass root fan club before you reach stardom sooner or later, and that includes your band. What I love is you wanting to revive the greatness of the music industry; to let talent be talent. Not just to bring back the 70s-90s, but to bring back the glory of music through sheer talent, and I saw that in you, as well as your band in your first song here on youtube. I am now declaring this: you and your band will take over the music industry, and make the Rock and Rock Hall of Fame as it should be: a Hall of Fame again.
