Being an avid fan of Deep Purple and this song in particular, I never thought it was possible that anyone could improve on the original. Well, Sina's Cover of Child in Time is one of those rare exceptions. Such a phenomenal performance by all. So lovely to hear what Sina hears in this version here. For me, her Collaboration since its release in 2019 still remains the gold standard for Any Cover that one will find on UA-cam today. Thank you Sina & Mike for your professionalism in recreating this masterpiece.

The most nuanced and carefully calibrated cover of the great Mr. Paice's work yet! 👏 I particularly like the restrained but accurate and intricate play on the cymbals and the accent on the kick drum. It really highlights how much that back beat is essential to keeping everything together, notwithstanding the changing tempos.

Purple, Uriah Heep, LedZep, The Cream, Yardbids...etc. He has brought me to my first ever DP live show to Budapest in 1987. After the reunion. ❤ That was remarkable!! Sadly my dad has gone very young in 96. RIP DAD!
This song is for sure one of the ten greatest songs ever recorded. And Sina shows why. Gillans singing, Jons keyboard work and Ritchie´´s playing sometimes overshadowed the rhythm works of Roger and Paice. This prog drummers (And for me this is more prog then heavy,)were geniuses
Rock music is in good hands, as long as we are lucky enough to have young performers such as the brilliant, dedicated and talented Sia carrying on the legacy of the original and best music. Ian Paice is not an easy drummer to cover, he had a unique style, and finesse, even in the "heavier" parts. And Sia did this with confidence and aplomb. Well done, young lady.

The 1st rock LP I bought when I lived in England in 1969 discovering a new form of music. And at 75 I still enjoy it as if it was the 1st time. A real masterpiece with a fantastic Blackmore guitar solo. You do a really good job there young girl. Has Ian Paice listened to it ? So happy the young generation likes and plays this music !

I was in grade school when I started listening to Genesis, Yes and The Beatles back in the later 1960s to the early 1970s. I still listen to this genre of music. Phil Collins is my favorite drummer. The 1st rock LP I bought when I lived in England in 1969 discovering a new form of music. And at 75 I still enjoy it as if it was the 1st time. A real masterpiece with a fantastic Blackmore guitar solo. You do a really good job there young girl. Has Ian Paice listened to it ? So happy the young generation likes and plays this music !

Sina, you're an amazing drummer. I'm a fan of progressive rock and classic rock. I was in grade school when I started listening to Genesis, Yes and The Beatles back in the later 1960s to the early 1970s. I still listen to this genre of music. Phil Collins is my favorite drummer.
