Excellent common sense instruction. Thank you, Sir. Your emphasis on safety while lifting is exemplary as we cannot lift much of anything when injured. Thanks again.
One of the benefits of being 5ft 7in, 180lb and wearing a medium sized glove is the bar just naturally fits in my hand. This coupled with a 28 inch inseam and a wide wingspan because of my shoulder width i means I can deadlift a ton, okay, 3.3x my bodyweight. I also do heavy swings one arm 48kg thru 80kg. I can snatch the 48kg,50kg, 56kg and 60kg and 64kg. You know how to bicep tear proof your bicep? Be able to do 1 arm pulling and hanging from one arm. Make sure you fully extend at the bottom so your elbow is locked.
Great advice!

This has to be the most short guy syndrome comment I've ever read.
The repetitive heavy metal blaring in the background is distracting.
